Why do atheists think they "got it figured" out and always bash religion and spirituality?

Why do you automatically ASS-ume anyone who does not agree with YOUR religion to be an atheist? I WAS once just like you but I allowed myself to use the intelligence that Infinite Consciousness bestowed on me and I soon realized the religion (Christianity) that had been thrust upon my since childhood was in error. I certainly am on a journey of discovery but an atheist I am not. You should take a look at what else there is in this wonderful journey of discovery. Or are you one them those who honestly believes you know all there is to know?

I attended a private Catholic grade school and whole heartily believed in god. I left to public middle school. And lost my way.. In high school I was saved and found god once again but as a non devotional christian and started an inner city bible class for lost students. I began studying the history of Christianity.. What I learned changed my beliefs drastically. Religion to me has been used as a form of control for ages. I no longer choose to believe in god or the lies the bib has to offer. Im not here to bash those who believe. I do think all religious people owe to themselves to study their beliefs past. Infact I urge you to. I dont claim to know where we came from or how. Bui I dont believe anyone has got that answer. And I dont beleive we will ever know.

Usually both atheists and christians fail to realize the talking snake and donkey are symbolic and were never meant to be taken literally. The snake for instance, has always represented knowledge. The true meaning of the bible escape the minds of most atheists AND Christians.

There are 4 Great Cycles/Ages of “human” evolution (which involves the involution of the spirit/soul).

Golden Age = We were mostly spiritual in nature, very little matter.

Silver Age = Less spiritual, more matter.

Copper Age = Ever less spiritual and more and more matter

Iron Age = Spirit is now in the dense, barbarial age/state of its involution (it is now mostly matter), and became more and more gross until it reached the very lowest point of the Iron Age and then began the evolution of matter back to Spirit.
