The NWO order WILL allow it and you're right, they're most definitely behind anything that will drive a wedge between Quebec and the rest of Canada. Why? Divide and conquer. If youre trying to make an North American Union happen, you need to make sure the ones that are gonna protest the most arent part of the equation at the beginning. Quebec as part of Canada will never accept being merged in a big anglo territory. But as a french speaking independent country, they would probably accept the idea right away.

Push comes to shove, Quebecers will always favor their province before their country. Something the rest of Canada cant and will never understand. Its not that they dont love their country, its that they know their history, their roots, are proud of them, and ultimately will do what it takes to protect them. As for Quebec. I don't live there, I am further west in Canada. If they want to leave that bad, let them go. I hope, however, they are prepared for no transfer payments and the economic disaster it will be for them initially.
