5.6, 4.9, 5.6, 4.8 all within 2 hours and very shallow.

In the 1999 earthquake of Athens the magnitude was 5.9 but we had a lot of casualties. It depends on the depth on the ground, if it is at sea or in the mainland and of course for the buildings what is the ground below them. Also how close a populated area is near. Now I live at Ano Liosia, which was the epicenter of the earthquake. My neighborhood told me that all the house in my street were ripped off cause it passed below them.

The thing with China is there are a lot of poorly constructed buildings and massive population density.

Shallow quake or Tesla based Warfare?

So how many million people will we witness die in China when the Yangtze River Dam Complex crumbles due to an "off the scale"shallow quake.

You need to remember that the Chinese and their construction quality control and Western construction methods like those used in Costa Rica are vastly different. I worked in disaster relief in Armenia after the 88 earthquake and I can tell you with some authority that the blood of the people of Spitak was on the hands of the Criminal Soviet contractors who did such a shitty job in putting up buildings that would crash down at the least tremble.
