Someone elsewhere asked how it is that they "track you down" within 24 hrs. if the tracker is in the wrapper, and the wrapper has been discarded. Are we really sure the tracker is in the wrapper?! On another note, I just read the article about gait analysis and how they've found a way to "track" (through a particular building, in one case) or identify people by their gait. They were developing ways to identify info. about how different "walks" looked from various different camera angles. Someone above commented re: the GPS Kit Kats, "This could end badly for them" -- we can only hope! Take that prize $ and shove it! But by then, perhaps their "experiment" will have already been successfully, impressively, and cheaply conducted. Add this to the facial recognition stuff on top of everything else and George Orwell comes to mind....

To me, a tracker "in" the wrapper means part of the wrapper, not wrapped inside of it. But maybe UK has additional information. Also, what's with the liveleak thing at the end of my previous post? I did not put that there!
