I don't know about that. I do know that Detroit was part of the fedguv model cities program a number of years ago. I believe hundreds of millions of dollars were poured into Detroit to make it one of the cities of the future.

This was over a number of years IIRC. It took multiple ongoing repetitive failures and as I said millions of dollars of fedguv dollars before it was given up.

i think it was handled very well. Considering that in some countries bickering politicians bash each others face in. So considering the problems of Detroit and the stress involved i think it was handled well.

Detroit has been run by blacks since 1973 and is on the same decline as Zimbabwe and South Africa. You can buy a house for $100 because no one wants to live there.

It all started with the riots of 1967 provoking the decline of the White population and eventually resulting in the present idiocracy.

Modern Caucasion Civilization didn't just spontaneously happen.

The latest DNA research indicates Homo erectus left Levant and met up with Neanderthals at least 1,000 generations ago. Sub-Saharan negroes have 10 generations or so since they left the primitive native conditions of Africa as slaves.
That same DNA research indicates all races of current civilized H.sapiens have Neanderthal DNA except the Sub-Saharan negro.
All races(except Australoid) with the H.sapien/Neanderthal DNA blend have average IQ's of 90-105, Sub-Saharan negroes average IQ is 70.
This is not so much political activity as instinctive primitive native behavior.
It's either the lack of +990 generations of civilized/social living or the Neanderthal DNA blend that is the cause.

You will find there is no common ancestor between negro and other human sub-species and the societal and civilization traits(DNA) of 'modern' Caucasion are not found in negro. Such brain reorganization, beside physical consequences for overall skull shape, might have contributed to the evolution of non-negro learning and social capacities, making modern society/civilization a 'hard row to hoe' for the only human sub-species without that Neanderthl DNA. Unfortunately Neanderthal DNA gave us 'male pattern baldness', so it's not all good news.
