There are many commercial properties that sit empty, and have been empty for quite some time. Unemployment rate is approximately 25% as of the beginning of summer this year. Lots of people have moved away. The mobile home park we live in has about 300 spaces, but about a 30 of them are empty. There are about 20 empty mobile homes that sit empty as well. |
