Anonymous Coward User ID: 23406708 United States 11/09/2012 07:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | They don't have jurisdiction... If he was a traitor w/I the DOD he would be investigated by one of the myriad DOD investigative agencies & he would be tried under the UCMJ.... The US Military has its own justice system... An active duty general would be investigated by DOD agencies & if criminal misconduct is alleged he would be prosecuted under the military justice system... Note - DOD civil matters are also investigated by the DOD investigative agencies - not FBI Get the issue? The FBI investigates civilians... So, if this came out due to an FBI investigation, and he was the subject of the investigation, it most have related to his actions after he retired from the military... |

They said that this incident will force the other news channels to follow the behghazi incident as news front runner in the coming weeks and may break it wide open “One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26579062 if he was a repuke it'd be a homosexual affair. You mean like Barney Frank who let his boyfriend run a male prostitution ring out of his own apartment? Nobody cares about you partisan a-holes anymore. Whatever you think of BF at least he is honest about it unlike the parade of pretenders on who sit light in their leather chairs and you know come after dark they'll be in stockings and stilettos sucking some guy's nipples. Being queer is no crime at all, but the extensive list of hypocrite holier than thou pedophiles definitely is. True though, when dems get caught it's usually with the opposite gender and not children. Barney Franks boyfriend was underage, are you finished yet? Back up your claim and then I'll be finished. |

My theory is somebody in the administration however probably tries to lever him to testify falsely at Congressional Hearings on Benghazior he'll be outed. DP is an honourable man and calls their bluff rather than lie for the PoS in the White House. Ask yourself who has the weight to Direct the FBI to investigate a Cabinet member ... Director of the Agency no less. Stinks to high heaven, I say. Hope the Republicans call him up to testify and he accepts. Nothing like truth as an antidote for America's festering WH chancre.
