It doesn't necessarily even have to be a police / emergency services operation either, nor one that is actually currently live. I take with a pinch of salt the police saying someone was playing a joke. 1. I don't think they'd tell you if they did know anything, and 2. these things are compartmentalised on a need to know basis on every level, chances are, your local cop shop would know nothing about it anyway. Another thing to bear in mind is the UK is set for it's worst winter in recorded history, plus its no secret that over the decades to come much of the UK's coastlines will be massively eroded or washed away anyway. Any Brits ever see that map from about a decade ago that showed what the UK may well look like in the next 50 years time. Much of east Anglia was swimming with the fishes. One big slip from Dogger Bank in the North Sea will sort that out, and it will happen one day. Any Brits remember the stormsurge warning from the North Sea to east coast regions a few years back?? Disaster has happened before and it will happen again, and could be on far greater scale some day. To not be prepared would be foolish. Come back and post any more you hear. This might interest you. It could of been evac? i dont know for sure. Also repeating what sounded like hinan shij a fair few times. but i got worried when a woman started speaking and you could hear her much easier, sounded like she was crying and saying is this for real and lots of foul language. she then chattered to him further for around 3 minutes but the convo was in pauses like when you say over on a radio and what for a reply. " i will be ready" and what shal she do etc. like i said it was not 10 minutes just felt like more on total around 5-6 minutes. |

If you decide to buy a cb make sure to take it to someone VERY reputable to have em peak and tune it for ya. Ive seen alot of guys getting ripped off lately. We have one for ea.vehicle, the semi ( of course) and the base station set up at the house. |
