Jesus was sinless. This is not a joke, your eternal soul rests on the sinless sacrifice of Jesus Christ and you're making a mockery of it.

Smoking weed is not a sin.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3960495

Is smoking weed a sin? Although the Bible does not address marijuana directly, it does discuss other mind-altering drugs. Specifically, the Bible addresses the use of drugs in the book of Galatians:

Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (Galatians 5:19-21)

So, where are the drugs mentioned in this verse? Actually, the word translated "sorcery" is the Greek word pharmakeia,4 from which we get the English word "pharmacy." The primary meaning is "the use or the administering of drugs" (usually associated with sorcery or idolatry). Since this verse comes from a list of things that, if practiced, would preclude one from heaven, this should be a reasonably strong suggestion that the Christian should not practice drug use. In addition, the book of Revelation lists drug use as one of the things for which the unrepentant will suffer the wrath of God.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28082258

To answer your question, no - smoking weed is still not a sin.

You are really stretching things with your "translation" of the bible.

Is the consumption of wine at our communions a sin?

Apparently lots of depressed Christian housewives are also going to be facing God's wrath for consuming psychotropic (mind-altering) anti-depressants and painkillers/anti-anxiety drugs. Oh but you'll never hear those holier than thou type condemning their own kind.

Now it will ruin my life? Well, I have been doing it for about 13 years now and I am just fine.

Geez you act like I go sit at the local elementary school and sell dime bags to 4th graders.

Shame on you. Your children deserve better than a drug addict for a father. You're setting a terrible example. At least you could have the courtesy that my mom didn't and don't leave it in an unlocked place and don't let your kids catch you and lie to them.

We're headed for bad times. You should be sober and teaching your children how to not end up in hell.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28082258

You are the type of Christian that give the rest of us a bad name. All you have done is judge me over and over.....didn't Jesus say something about that?

Let God judge me, me and the maker are on good terms, I don't need your blessing.

Religion wasn't writen by god it was by man. The real holy god would never show him self even if he did have a body.

This is only my version of the story that i think fits well with every thing. Yes Jesus was real he died for believing in god his father. I think jesus was a hybrid. God was really a alien that injected his dna into Marry without having sex. She was abducted and put back without her knowing what happend thats why there are blue blood families that have sex with each other!

I still think there is a real god then just the alien bible version. (IT's) a infinite spiritual being that resides every where in space and all of us. Thats where heaven is and hell is reincarnation back on earth untill you learn how to evolve your consciousness to see more with your third eye or pineal gland. that can be done by taking D.M.T or meditating along with eating right no meat, drinking beers. There was a study back in the early 1900's where two scientists took a man on his death bed and put him on

a bed scale he weighed 21 grams less. It's been done more then once it was done in 1907. When a woman has a baby there is a sharp increase in
D.M.T in the pee sized pineal gland thats in the middle front part of everyones brain hence the term third eye it's a Key part to understanding about our past lives and more. Befor you lable me for what I said look it up doesn't it make sense that the nwo zions want a world religion on based on aliens?? Why does my version have to be any thing like main streams? Why does the nwo want to fake a alien invasion? keep asking your self that :)

There were many mentions of mind-altering drugs in the bible, also there are annointing oil recipes from way back when that called for hefty loads of cannabis. Imagine rubbing some strong ass oil that's been sitting for weeks all on your face and body and shit. I bet it was wicked! But yeah I agree, marijuana has helped many and I think that's a good thing.

"It’s here, it’s going to stay, there’s an awful lot of victimization that goes with it. If it were up to me, I do believe I would legalize it and tax it, particularly in sight of the fact that several other states have now come to that part of their legal system as well," he said.

No because you don't get drunk from a sip of wine. Here's some bible verses about drinking you may want to look up to better understand God's word.

Habakkuk 2:16 - Drinking leads to shame.

Matthew 24:48-51 - A drinking servant is unprepared for his Lord’s return.

Luke 1:15 - John the Baptist drank neither grape juice nor wine.

Luke 12:45 - Christ warned against drunkenness.

Luke 21:34 - Drunkenness will cause a person not to be ready for the Lord’s return.

Romans 13:13 - Do not walk in drunkenness or immorality.

Romans 14:21 - Do not do anything that will hurt your testimony as a believer.

1 Corinthians 5:11 - If a Christian brother is a drinker, do not associate with him.

1 Corinthians 6:10 - Drunkards will not inherit the kingdom of God

Many people who believe pot should be legal don't even use it.

It is just insane to lock people up, waste tax payer money, all for someone possesing a little bit of pot.

Why do people smoke it anyway? Couldn't they find something more productive to do with their time or money? hmmm idk like sponsoring a child in a third world country so they can get an education, food, or proper hygene?
If nobody smoked it there'd be nobody to lock up. That's the way it should be.

Oh, and the high and satisfaction of having an impact in another human beings life is millions of times greater than the small buzz you get from weed.

HhAHAHAH.

The most wanted medicine on the planet.

The only one that doesn't kill you.

And actually works.

For everything.

And is made illegal.

By yours truly.

Re: Americans Want Pot
Also note:

"Liberals and those 18 to 29 most in favor; Americans 65 and older most opposed"

Those who were brainwashed by the campaign of ignorance led by Harry J. Anslinger in the 1930's have no touch with reality and are cannon fodder used to keep the world's only full spectrum medicine from innocent human beings. While keeping the corporations, pharma companies, death factories and plants and other industries simply BOOMING.

These people are part of a Satanic order, whether they acknowledge it or not.

No one is allowed to determine what another person can or can not explore in their own safety and freedom.

In this situation, not only is that line being crossed, but what is being imprisoned is a natural gift from God that Heals and Awakens.

The people over 65 probably have not directly experienced what they are judging. They are therefore only basing their views on ignorance and creativity, which is obviously unreasonable seeing their attempt at influencing society in order to keep it the only way they know. The past.

Which is obsolete, and basically a form of insanity, like useless ritual, or cutting off heads or genitalia.

Perhaps you should buy a bible and look those verses up? You're going to need to know God's word to be able to debunk trolls like me right? ;)

Repeal the 17th Amendment and the Reapportionment Act of 1929!

Thread: First steps down the road to a return to the Constitutional Republic that we were intended to be.

Restore the Republic.

Thread: The Bill of Rights does NOT include age requirements!

It's a flower, not something to be feared.

You are the worst person on this thread, your views are wrong, you dont understand the concept of what you are talking about.

You were an extremely weak individual as you yourself said in one of the posts on this thread, and because of that you are trying to make everyone else feel terrible and say they are going to hell. I just have to say holy sh*t, you need to change the way you work otherwise your soul is not going to be very pleased with you when you pass on.

80% of Americans support legalization for marijuana, so why is it not legalized. Actually, why aren't any of you republicans up in arms about this?
This is a classic case of taxation without representation.
