No. Part of the lie of saying this is our fault. I'm no fan of Nexrads and Chemtrails and they are probably going to do more harm than good in the long run trying to play god. The Auroral heaters have the ability to scatter charged particles in the auroral electrojet. During a solar killshot, that jet would over charge and induce critical currents that would destroy the power grids. I realize how different this idea is from normal haarp talk - but when you realize its not just earth...

is there evidence that they are chemtrailing us other than the images of what look like lots of contrails? i see that there are patents but would a nefarious agency try to secretly protect us? that doesnt make sense. perhaps if they think a tipping point is approaching and there is no time to legislate such a thing? After all this is the elite's only planet just as much as it is ours. or is it? lol

It makes sense if telling us would ruin the point. If we had any idea how in trouble we were panic would ensue tomorrow, and there is no shit-hits-the-fan scenario worse than that. [apart from the world blowing up]
