How do you become enlightened ? =[

You have to descend deep into your consciousness, till you find the origin of the "action" that happens in the now, the real stuff, then you merge yourself with that, erase the structured self with the authentic being, which is the universe, literally.

I believe I have found enlightenment, Not on purpose mind you but through pain, I have recently went through a HUGE range of traumatic life changing events that literally broke my entire person !..I wanted to die live no longer not because I did not enjoy life but because it seemed to hard to continue, I woke up one day and knew that I was changed , it just happened I knew and understood everything , in my heart at least. I was at peace with it all. I understood life is suffering and thats it, You have to enjoy and be a good person and do the right things in life, That to me is enlightenment, complete understanding and acceptance of the truth, I am not the same nor will I ever be but I am at peace and happy. To become enlightened is to take yourself into the deepest place that you can go, and forget about everything that you have ever been told, and then build yourself back up again until you can be in reality and and in your heart at the same time without judgment of anything around you.

It's complete heartache and will take you into the depths of which you will undergo a transformation of your thoughts, and perceptions of this world. Physically and spiritually.

But once you get past the heartache you will soar.

Go to a quiet place. Go into a deep meditative state. Let yourself take the great
leap of faith and pray to the creator from which we all originate from, and shall
return to. You will be in a different level of conscious awareness. If you connect,
you will feel it wash over you.

maybe you already are and you just have to remember that you are in fact enlightened
or if you are not already enlightened, there is not much you can do to reach that state

the lie as the lie? Is it having zero tolerance for the lie? Is it going your
own way and always remembering that you are HERE for a reason?

If you really want it, ask for it. Call it prayer if you want, but you can send that intention and thought out to the universe, God, your higher self, etc. Whatever works for you. Ask, and you shall receive. Just be open and willing to accept what's coming, because it is not an easy process.

Practise the " Mystical Death", also called Death of the Ego. Ask your Divine Mother to disintegrate thoughts, feelings, actions you make. Wish you good practises!!

Never stop questioning your reality.

Seek to raise your awareness through conscious exploration.

Move out of the left-hemisphere of your brain and reconnect with your HEART.

Believe nothing

You already are 'enlightened'... realise that and you can progress.

and do not forget that enlightenment is in the first place a process to be continuously experienced, not a state to be achieved.
it is a process of questioning from your deepest being the nature of this reality, of wondering at existence, of feeling with all heart joy and compassion, of being in the moment, of acting selflessly.

all these come from an inner prompting which can not be avoided. if it applies to you, maybe it is time to connect the dots and realize that what you are still looking outside is already at home

Questioning applies to both the internal and the external. Neither one nor the other is preferable, as both are logical reference points, with which we can 'triangulate' our next steps. It is through this 'duality' approach (or rather an 'multi/omni vector' one), that we help to ensure the 'relative selflessness' of our actions.

on the other hand you know that what you just said is a very abstract truth, completely detached from emotional biases.
and that it is the kind of truth that you did not read it in books, but somehow someone inside considered it to be self-evident.
and that state from where such a truth is produced and understood, through careful observation can be noticed that it is not present throughout all members of the species :)

By increasing awareness, there are many methods you can use to increase awareness. Some involve increasing your awareness within yourself while others focus on your awareness of your surroundings.

For outside yourself, practice holding as many senses as you can, while analyzing as much detail as you can, look for items or people out of place or that may be dangerous. For becoming more aware of yourself, look deep within yourself and speak clearly and avoid confusion to establish communication link with yourself. Pay attention from where your mind responds when you ask a question, this is where you want to speak. It will often reply in the form of an image or emotion. Analyze as much of your emotions and feelings as you can handle, try too see how other peoples actions influence our own. Try to understand how the smallest of things can influence the entire course of your day.


Generally you start with breathing/meditation and other lower brain controls (body), then you start tying in higher brain functions, mind then spirit. In the end you tie it all together so you can use your mind, body and spirit fluently.

Almost...almost, there is still that one thing lacking, and i think everyone that has ever read anything that i have wrote knows what that one thing is...:))
Aside from that yes, wonderful truly.

Peace is never truly attained, for when we get to that place where we feel there is ultimate peace we have forgotten that there are still hearts that need us in so many ways.

I am going to tell you a little secret OP. I'm doing this because I know it's true. If you really, really want something, and I am not talking about "I want to win the lottery today" stuff.

Ask, and I mean with all of your heart and soul. It will be given to you. Not on your time, but it will be answered. It might not be how you think either. But, it will happen.

so many times this inward peace is taken over by empathy. How could it not.
