Take a bath before bed. Chamomile tea helps a lot of people. Try listening to meditation CDs before bed; they relax and you'll sleep like a baby. Centerpointe is great! If the above fails, try: Melatonin, up to 3 mg Benadryl Thanks! Some ideas to try. |

Turn off all the power in your house, all the lights, anything that gives off any noise and try to make the house as silent as possible. This allows for a "silent meditation" before bed to allow you to focus internally before a good nights sleep. I think the reason you may be waking up early is because there is too much distractions. |

There is something about true silence I find... well, I think people fear true silence, but understand it is beautiful. All this is over-stimulating with the internet or even just playing music.... If you go 10-20 minutes with true silence then play a song or go on the internet, the effect is enhanced 10x and the beauty of silence is carried on to the next activity, try it now!!! |

DMTHC User ID: 30311886 Australia 12/23/2012 10:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Spot on! ... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30107351 oh and this was on the west coast....ON the coast, looking over the ocean. log your dreams.. in a notebook if you can. some people are dreaming and connecting dots. this dream I had, I now realize, came from something I had been reading a year ago, but didn't make sense until after a week of the dream. Mia, I like to take every night about one hour before I go to bed Melatonin along with Piperine which is an enhancer something like alcohol, but safe. I also keep a chunk of orgonite nearby about 2 feet from my head while sleeping. My dreams are so damn vivid, and they wake me all night long. Now people always ask me why the hell would you keep doing this if it constantly wakes me all night long, and my answer is very simple. The things I see and learn are so startling, its worth getting less sleep because of it! I have learned many things about myself that I wouldn't have had I not been doing this. I to take melatonin, have not tried piperine. A local store near by sells some, will give it a shot! valerian, b12 and Tryptophan work wonders to! I use melatonin occasionally before dmt to- (marijuana smoked on the come up sometimes to) enhances low doses dramatically! Same as you with the dreams! Not much of a reply but todays been long and random... 15 to 5 and I have to be up in 4 hours.. Ah-well tonight will be better :) Last Edited by DMTHC on 12/23/2012 10:16 PM Let me let you in on a little secrete of mine, as far as god goes I don't believe in your kind- I think we all god just gotter look deeper inside, that's probably what your bible means by you seek and you find. |
