NewsUpdater User ID: 8718816 United States 01/12/2013 06:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Walmart has had a hard time getting ammo since right after the Newtown shooting and shelves have been sparce since then. This is because ammo sales across the nation went to 3X normal level right after the Newtown shooting and ppl have been buying everything up as soon as it becomes available. Supply cannot keep up with demand. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29226394 This is part of the story, but not the complete Story, but I digress. What are the facts? |

This also includes Sam's Wholesale Club. Quoting: ClydeX I think you'll see WalMarts becoming THE primary governmental dispersion points for their specific geographic areas for rationing food, clothes, and even staple items. Physical buildings (stores) in place Warehousing in place Transport and distribution networks in place Supply Vendors in place Employees in place Conditioning of the people that this is "THE" place to go for your needs. Governmental alignment (and employees indoctrination) in place - remember the "See something/ Say something" commercials on the flat screens throughout their stores? WalMart has also been instrumental in the test-bedding of RFID Chips implanted within various products which they distribute. These are neither accidents, nor coincidence. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS x1000. Remember how Wal-Mart was able to divert shipments of ICE and What-not after Katrina? Holy Crap. WalMart has a better emergency response than the Federal Government. I actually met the old fuc<er Sam in the late 80's at the opening of one of the first Sam's Club stores. Yeah he was totally into stocking USA made merchandise. Remember the MADE in USA pledge that Sam Walton adhered by? Look it up. Sam even helped people with ideas for merchandise get their product into production and then stocked in Wal-Marts. Sam made millionaires out of quite a few regular Joes with a good idea. NWO scum take good stuff and subvert, subvert, subvert. Yes - someone sees it Their aforementioned supply/ warehousing/ distribution network are greater in both scope and size than anything the government has or could ever have on it's own. The last 20 years have been spent focused on streamlining, bolstering, and putting these into place - but it has not been without help - but this help has been with conditions. And they know it, and have agreed to it. I really wish people would/ could start thinking for themselves and seeing what's been put into place right in from of our very eyes - we've even contributed to the funding of the program(s). I dont take a hand out from the gubment, nor do I live with and mooch off my parents. And I havent lied about a damned thing. It is easy to call someone a liar while you sit in your mamas basement waiting on her to bring you some more pizza rolls. All I was doing was passing on some new information I had learned. I, like others, havent been able to find a link, but I am sure that more than a few have actually taken the time to call and find out for themselves... 1-800-925-6278...Press 2, then 1, then 1, and talk to a rep. This isnt the only place where people are talking about this Wal Mart thing...Do a search, it is out there. Time will tell. Lets give it a week or so, then we will see if the shelves are re-stocked. I hope they are, and that what I was told is wrong. I REALLY do. This thing is spiraling out of control. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 9107938 United States 01/12/2013 08:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The walmart in my town had NO ammo in the case. None, not one box. I asked if they were out of all their ammo and the guy said "we had to pull it". I said how do you sell guns and not ammo and he said "I think we're going to sell it again eventually". Made me wonder if there isnt something going on between WM corporate and the obama administration on this gun control debate. But I dont see walmart giving up their piece of the pie. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15688559 I saw this thread when it was posted but did not get a chance to go down to Walmart till now to ask for myself. In The Walmart I just visited there was still guns up but not many. There was still ammo but just weird not popular sizes and not much of that left, maybe a few dozen boxes all together. The guy working the sports department told me that they got a memo from corporate headquarters that stated he was no longer able to order any more ammo, and that all restocking of it was going to be ordered by corporate headquarters for now on. I asked if it was just a CT thing and he said no, as far as he knew it was nation wide. Another confirmation...Who is lying now shill? |

Quoting: Darrell41653 When they get back to me I will post the response. I heard the rumors last night, thought it was just that...A rumor. I even called around to my local stores and asked. No one I talked to last night had heard anything, but it looks like the rumors are true. "YES WE CAN" They'll never answer back. Speaking from experience. You are probably right...I was hoping to have an E-Mail from them to post after getting home from work. Nothing yet... |

Perfect for the shuffling masses who need a hangnail trimmed under Obamacare. That's a very valid point, and yes - they're already in the works. Discussing abstract associations: The majority have Eye-Care facilities already in place They have banks in the vast majority WalMart has established their own bank - including credit services. Do you have your WalMart credit card yet? Do the Korean nail-care facilities count? Do the photography centers count? Auto service center? It's all smoke and mirrors to continue the heavy imprinting and conditioning of "this is THE place to go". They had a new Smith & Wesson M&P 15 22. I dont know how they got it, but it was there. I almost bought it. The thing that stopped me was the fact that there are NO magazines to be found anywhere, along with the fact that I havent seen any .22 LR around here in over a month. What good is a gun without ammo? I have been wanting one of these for a while. Guess I should have dropped the trigger a little sooner. |

The price you would have paid a month ago is still the same today. It was $449.00 plus tax. I have seen them a little cheaper, but not by much. I am sure it will be gone very soon. Never seen it like that. I asked what's going on and was told "it's a supply issue, most likely because of the demand in the states". The only 30-30 they had left was 125grain 'managed recoil' and a couple boxes of 170 grain win. Whether WM has decided to stop selling firearms/ammo in the US, nobody really knows. |
