Quoting: MissionInvisible I agree...I go through total waves of emotion, been like this most of my life and have learned over time to try and manage it. Its this weird internal battle for yourself and defining who you are and what your place is in life. We learn from this and get to finally know our true selves. I like what you said about energy in another thread i posted in. We're very powerful bodies of energy exchanging outlets of infinite charges to anything that picks it up. I think the brain/receiver has been kicked up a few notches and our bodies are compensating by flushing our bodies out through swear. A cleansing. :) Thanks for reading my other thread :) WHich one did you post in? I don't have it set to update me when people post in an older thread! I totally think our bodies/DNA act like an antennae to send/receive information to and from the environment around us. The more we tap in, the more we change and EVolve or DE-evolve (as most people are just zombies nowadays) tuning into the lower frequencies (what they eat, listen to, EMFs, etc around us) OOps I read what you said wrong :) lol which other thread did you comment in? Oh sorry for not clarifying, in the predictive ability thread. I totally agree with your ideology. Hopefully humanity can tap into some higher frequency gold mine of some kind to drown out the lower frequency hum so many are hypnotized by. I patiently hope. :) |

We probably have many overlapping thoughts! When I first woke up to this, and frankly now I think we are still only at the TIP of the iceberg, I thought everyone was feeling it and SHOULD feel it...man was I wrong. Its amazing how we can exist all on various dimensions and perceptions all at the same time. Sometimes when I mediate or when I am laying in bed right before I go to sleep, things seem to vibrate and move so fast I think I'm just gonna peace outta here...then I get pulled back down into the lower frequencies. Anonymous Coward User ID: 1867898 United States 01/31/2013 03:59 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have had night sweats through out my life also. Much less now compared to my high school years. I don't know the exact cause yet but have a theory and I know a few things that increase it (and no it's not cancer). First is alcohol, if I take a couple of drinks or so the next night it occurs. I need to work it off at the gym or Go for a run, i guess it helps keep me fit burning the extra calories off. Second I try not to work out to late because it keeps my metabolism burning and it happens. Third is meditating which is part of my theory. All the stuff I mentioned above highly stimulates the brain when you're asleep. I have always had very detailed and weird dreams through out my life (night terrors also), in some I have even seen future events that relate to my life. It's not until this passed year in which I started meditating, and my experiences where intense to say the least. I have heard of people meditate all their lifes and not experience what I have experienced. My theory has to deal with brain frequencies. I believe some people might be better then others in achieving the gamma ray frequency which is believed to happen when one achieves intense meditation. There is not much information on gamma frequencies but I am convinced the night sweats are the reaction to this. There is beta, alpha, theta, delta, and gamma, most people never achieve alpha or gamma. Now for some melatonin advice, you shouldn't take it to much. Reason is that the body needs to produce it's own melatonin and when you take it consistently you are messing with you're body's production of it ( melatonin also gives me night sweats). You need complete darkness to produce melatonin, if your room is to bright try using a mask over your eyes. This should help you dream a lot more, and yes you will have night sweats here and there. |

I think its our bodies ability to step out of body, almost perhaps in an projection way, I always feel my body "vibrate" (yes I know this sounds ridiculous but if you have experienced it you will know what I am talking about, its like a high energy buzz). This happens to me and it will throw me for a loop, but I can always pull myself back into body through visualization (I was taught to visualize my toes and then working my way up through the rest of my body) when I am in the paralysis state. Quoting: MissionInvisible I am not currently sick and don't have ANY other symptoms of something else going on, actually had more energy the last week or so than normal, I use melatonin most nights, and I sleep grounded, but the last week or so I have woken up 5/7 nights and have almost sweated through my sheets every night! Anyone else having problems with their internal thermometers at night!? I feel like I am waking up drenched in sweat about 3-4 am a few nights just in the last week! I know some DNA/lightbody awakening can happen at night, so perhaps this is related to the slight increase in solar activity the last week or so, but I just wanted to check to see if anyone else was having some odd sleep disturbances. I am having constant lucid dreams now, every night, woke up drenched this morning, doesn't normally happen with me. My room could have been overheated, or it could have been my duvet, but I don't think that was the case. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 21495402 Canada 01/31/2013 08:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I get night sweats all the time. I have had them all my life but then again my sweat glands are very over active and I have no idea why. I could be in a room thats like 20C and my armpits will be like a leaky faucet. If I eat a certain food, like vinegary, salty food as an example, i will break out in sweats. It's not spicy food that does it to me. One time I ate 20 mild BBQ chicken wings at a restaurant. They weren't spicy but they were very, very sour/vinegary and after i was done i looked like i just walk out of the shower. Lately even in a room that is a cool 17-18C at night, i break out in night sweats quite consistently. I have to wash my bedding at least once a week if not more. It gets to the point sometimes where the dampness actually wakes me up out of a dead sleep. I would have to say I have noticed it usually happens right after a dream. Doesn't even have to be an intense one either. |

I can feel it ticking all of the time at night now, its like it has its own little heartbeat (I have been trying to detox and eat a really clean diet, it has worked wonders for my hypersenses as well). I have not read much about the gamma wave frequencies you are talking about. I have heard of them but you might be right about the night sweats and them being related. You mentioned night terrors, I have had some serious bouts of sleep paralysis, night terrors, you name it on of off growing up. There were times as I child I had this so bad I would not sleep at night because I was afraid of that state right before going to bed. Lots of weird things going on in these sleep/wake states! None of what you say sounds weird to me since all these things have happened to me also (must be a cancer thing (not the illness)). I remember when I was younger I seen the string theory explained on the PBS channel, and my first thought was " That's it, that's how life exist). Reason I bring that up is because of what you said about vibrations. Most people won't know about vibrational frequencies, but I can guarantee that fear and anything negative will keep the body vibrating at lower frequencies. The first time I had and OBE I didn't even know it, I actually thought I got up out of bed. It took me a bit to realize I was out and about (that's how real it was). Now I know why theirs, "Lots of weird things going on in these sleep/wake states!". By the way I remember you from the Life extension thread, good to hear you're keeping up in good health. Glad to run into you again! I love discussing health ideas and metaphysical things! I'll update this thread later with whatever info I have that might be able to help you or others. I need to get ready for a night out |

A unusual strange itchy red rash also will com in. Please go get yourself checked, if the antibodies do not show up re-test in another 3 months. God be with you. Get counseling. You are not alone in this. Quoting: Gods helper 19138044 Thanks for the advice, I would sure as heck hope this was not the case...given the circumstances, I doubt this is the problem, thank goodness. |
MissionInvisible (OP) User ID: 27358843 United States 01/31/2013 09:40 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I get night sweats all the time. I have had them all my life but then again my sweat glands are very over active and I have no idea why. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21495402 I could be in a room thats like 20C and my armpits will be like a leaky faucet. I know when I drink wine it will sometimes wake me up when the sugars start burning off...never had issues with the other foods you are talking about. I'm a vegetarian, but I still love some spicy veggies...I try not to eat too close to bedtime tho! |

I have kept a great sleep cycle 7.5-8 hrs the last 6 months to a year or so and really have been pleased with some of the changes I made to my lifestyle so I could get some better zzzz's. Humm :) you will have to keep track of it and see if it happens more frequently ... I for sure had more than normal recently along with some crazy dreams! Lucid dreams are always a little trippy to have! I'll report back if I notice a trend. :-) So, you've had some interesting dreams, too? If you feel like sharing at some point, I'd love to hear. I know a lot of people have been having them, I'm trying to understand and see if there are any common threads. I can remember some of them. Most of my life I have had dreams on and off of being chased, whether by animals or humans I am always running from something. I'm sure it has a meaning to the journey I've been on the last few years to find myself...but the dreams sure can get intense at times! |

Obviously those extreme nights sweats are being of concern to you. Your physician should suggest full blood test (if not, ask him for one) with electrolytes and potassium levels included. Cleansings, laxatives, etc., may cause lost of salts which can be the cause for extreme sweating and with more sweating, more salts are being lost. Additionally ask for ECG test which can be done in NY minute in your MD’s office. Candida and some allergies when your organism reacting like during infection should be also taken under consideration. Don't sweat it, check it. |

I don't know about this theory, Gods helper, as my daughter has had night sweats now and then since she was a baby. Just my observations! |

Digging up this thread from the dead! Lol. I saw your post on DNA, checked out some of your other threads and came across this one. 2 months ago, I went through a period where almost every night, I would have such bad night sweats that I would have to change my bed clothes in the middle of the night - sometimes more than once. And I was not hot at all, so it wasn't like I was sweating because of that. Nor was I sick. It was the weirdest thing. It continued for about 3-4 weeks, but has stopped for the most part - although just last night, I woke up to being slightly sweaty again..? Truly strange. Do you still experience this ever? Did you ever find out anything more about what might have caused it? |
