Anonymous Coward User ID: 22192353 Canada 02/11/2013 09:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I do circuit training everyday for an hour. When I can I usually follow that up immediately after with either a sauna or the hot tub for another hour. I have only been doing it as a routine again for a few weeks now, but I feel like crap if i miss even one day already, and I can already see changes in my body. |

Detoxing our system can really help us feel better by leaps and bounds. Eating healthy is VERY important and can help with cleansing our system, but often we need a kickstart to get things moving! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 33719584 United States 02/11/2013 10:04 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I get my fats form coconut oil, avocados, eggs, and beef and fish mostly. Try to keep a good omega 3 to 6 ratio. Newest science is suggesting omega sixes in too high concentration is the true culprit in atherosclerosis. Take milk thistle, vitamin c, and vitamin d every day. And occasionally B vitamins. I have perfect control over my weight. I can gain weight or get down to ripped whenever I want. I don't like to get down too far though because my left pec is kind of shaped weird. True story. Sucks. So as soon as my abs look really good, doesn't matter cause people are like... "what the fuck is up with yoru chest?" So I keep a bit of fat on and stay fit looking. MSG is what messes everyone up. Not the sugar. The MSG makes you hungry and messes up your blood sugar worse than sugar. Look it up. And they put it in everything. Once I got off MSG it was really easy to eat clean. You have total control of your appetite. Its actually weird, because everyone around you is always hungry. |

I use a program called Slim in 6 by Beachbody and it works great. I need a DVD though to get me going or I won't work out at all. If you already work out then just add 20-30 min using light weights around 3-5 lbs. |

I'm in good shape but looking to tone up a bit. Any suggestions? Or what do you do? Quoting: notta I only smoke one pack of cigarettes a day now, instead of three. Good for you! Sounds like you're on your way to quitting. OP - 20 minute sessions - sounds like you need to double up. Also drink green tea, take Shilajit, have fun, dance and laugh alot. :musicgarden: |

Imagine the transformations some people could make if they spent time walking while they worked! Thanks :) Bought it a couple years ago and I can walk 4-5 miles a day w/o evening feeling it. I work from home. that is so awesome! I saw an infomercial for these one time but never have "met" anyone who used them! I wish I could do this at work, I'd be skinny as a rail by now! |
