It's the altar boys that have to take the priests dick in their young nubile arses so I would say they would be in favor of a little lube, otherwise it could be quite painful for the poor little buggers.

The vatican should make their own brand of lube if theyre so worried.
A little holy water, mixed with a dash of altar wine and wafers. Mix to a smooth consistency then apply liberally. Adding honey for sweetness is optional. Cream pies with honey is a Catholic priest favorite though. :p
