When I was younger I got a book on OBE Astral travel etc.
I tried the exercises in the book but was very difficult and never was able to OBE. Just too much clutter in my mind. Could never make it quiet. The closest I got was to the Paralysis stage, then I would freak and come back.

Are you remote viewing, or doing the OBE-Astral thing where you can be like the fly on the wall?

RVers are generally in 3 types... those with psychic abilities either natural phenomena or brought on by traumatic head injuries.. more common in north america.. drug induced RVing which is more the russian style.. and the asian/chinese style of using pre-pubescent children for RVing..

generally you have a guide to tell you where to go while RVing and cannot maintain cognitive thought processes outside of your vision, really only to draw what you see rather than type up fully functional elequent linguistics and paragraphs ..

there are ways around this though.. the russian style seems to do it the best..

You know what the weirdest part the reason why they got all freaked at the beginning and all the co motion was in that room was because they had someone come in and say someone was watching them. What I saw is they have people checking these message boards and were freaked when I started talking about him having his final meal. Thats why they were looking for cameras.

thats pretty cool, im around the same mix as well. i supposed its possible to connect with a GLP poster if there is a psychic connection made simultaneously, but improbable if otherwise random. little kim has strobe light disruptors in his chmabers from what i can see.

I can do distance cleansing on people as I said I can see into people bodies but I see other things like entities & things like this. I can transfigure these entities and clean up the spiritual environment in people.

Usually I dont do it unless I'm asked I have morals about this type of work but this is a different situation.
