Re: China 'shifts position' on North Korea. WTF
There are clear signs that China is losing patience with North Korea, America's former top diplomat in Asia has said.

For several decades, China has been North Korea's closest ally, largest trade partner and primary source of aid.

However, Kurt Campbell, the former head of the State department in Asia, said there are signs that a relationship once described by Chairman Mao to be "as close as lips and teeth" is wearing thin.

you know what? maybe fucking nothing is happening in NK.
and you're media keeps dropping propaganda bombs on your mind every hour on the hour day after day.

Eventually you're mind will tire. it's better to get on with your mission than waste it on the gate keepers mind poison.

China isn't shifting shit. your media just moves words around.
they control your minds with (s)words. you read their spells that they cast and give the poison life!!

haha. wake up sleepy heads. this illusion has you by the tails and curley's.

If it wasn't for China helping NK during the Korean war in the early 1950s, Korea would have been unified.

NK is China's bastard child, let China deal with it.

China and the US will do some double penetration on North Korea if war comes (unlikely). Accept this and move on.

This makes a lot of sense.

China will be inwardly fuming. They have lost control of Junior.

NK are embarrassing China on the world stage.

China doesn't want a war... they are building their country on PEACE.

Why would they want the money boat rocked when they have become the world's economic powerhouse?

I said on another thread Kim and his cronies in the military might take a long sleep soon.

This would leave the door open for China to insert a puppet government and run North Korea from Beijing.

If China does they can win the people over immediately by providing food, and starting to help the country back into the real world.

This could be a win/win for China and a lose/lose for Junior & the military.

I hope I am right... Cause then we can get back to more out there DOOM!

Re: China 'shifts position' on North Korea. WTF
The central principle of China's foreign policy is stability. China has supported North Korea's communist government for the last thirty years mostly as a defense buffer zone on it's northeastern border. But North Korea is no longer acting as a buffer. Now it has become as source of regional instability. That is trouble. A nuclear warfare crisis on China's border is a bigger nightmare for them than it is for the United States. And the Chinese government will eliminate Kim in a heartbeat if they see the opportunity.

North Korea doesn't provide China a single ounce of worth, while on the other hand they have their largest exporter.

Re: China 'shifts position' on North Korea. WTF
As I have stated in previous posts - China is the leading trade mecca of the world and for the first time is producing/manufacturing goods worldwide and prospering. Why would they back a lunatic fool in NK???

They will allow the U.S. and SK to do the dirty work and then the Chinese will take over the whole Korean Peninsula. They are not fools.

The quote about lips/teeth was from Mao years ago. Not today. China loves the money it is getting and they have no interest in NK anymore except cheap labor.

I hate to say it, but start your Rosetta Stone China language course now - cause we all will be speaking Chinese in the future.

Damn, I sure miss the old days when we complained about Corporations shipping our labor to Mexico. At least then we didn't have an issue of war and doom.

If this is true, NK has nothing to loose and the US will go up in smoke. Then worlds financial markets crash. We all die. The End.
 Quoting: Face Palmer

NK doesn't have the ability to turn the US into ashes.

And without China NK wont do anything (even though there is a treaty and when the US or Sk attacks NK, China is bound by treaty to fight with the Norks.

Though if the Norks were to make the first move, China woukld not have to intervene, and thus it wouldn't. Even though China has a firm grip on the US, it needs the US to survive, ergo no war between china and the US is something China wants.

NK will be the one going up in smoke of it makes a bad move.

Chinas future is tied up in the Western world. They will shift on NK.
 Quoting: Aunty Flo

Me thinks you live in la-la land. Without China's imports, especially food commondities, the US would run out of food in a very short time. Big stores like Costco, Sam's Club, WalMart, etc., would run out of food in a few days if Chinese imports were cut-off due to a war in the Korea's. This is really why the DHS and FEMA are buying up all the ammmo!
