I can truthfully say no one gives a Fukk about your packages. The productivity saught out is so extreme your not given time to care. Then theres the turn over. So many employees left so frequently it made it impossible to keep up with demands. Then my BOSS! If I could tell her one more thing it would be this. At every job across the globe there is atleast one A$$hole. If you can't find that person. Your the A$$HOLE....Bitch!!! |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 37509318 Norway 04/05/2013 04:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | 4th Amendment...what 4th Amendment?!?!? Quoting: Saddletramp SNIP The Obama administration is demanding the nation’s two biggest shipping companies police the contents of Americans’ sealed packages, and a FedEx spokesman is warning that the move “has the potential to threaten the privacy of all customers that send or receive packages.” FedEx and UPS are in the Justice Department’s cross-hairs for not flagging shipments of illegally prescribed drugs the companies say they had no way of knowing were in their possession. Criminal charges could be coming against the carriers, even though the government has not alleged any deliberate wrongdoing by the companies. FedEx spokesman Patrick Fitzgerald said his company has a 40-year history of actively assisting the government crackdown on any criminal conduct, but he told WND this probe was very different from the start. “What is unusual and really disturbing is it became clear to us along the way that FedEx was being targeted for some level criminal activity as it relates to these medicines that are being shipped from pharmacies, and we find it to be completely absurd because it’s really not our role,” Fitzgerald said. “We have no way of knowing what is legal and not within the packages that we’re picking up and delivering in this situation.” “At the heart of the investigation are sealed packages that are being sent by, as far as we can tell, licensed pharmacies. These are medicines with legal prescriptions written by licensed physicians. So it’s difficult for us to understand where we would have some role in this. We are a transportation company that picks up and delivers close to 10 million packages every day. They are sealed packages, so we have no way of knowing specifically what’s inside and we have no interest in violating the privacy rights of our customers,” Fitzgerald said... Bastards this really pisses me off. They really at least need to tell us we are slaves now in our hammer & sickle 'freedom and democracy' neo-Soviet society. |

Quoting: Saddletramp Or some third world Communist shit-hole where the Gestapo has to go through your mail to make sure your not being Seditious in any way... Fucking Orwellian... Or maybe they are checking people who are under suspicion, such as people on conspiracy sites, preppers, and so forth. I mean, have they really gone that far to actually do that kind of in debth checking? |

I ordered a stinking expensive collectable star wars light saber, paid a good chunk of change, it came in a long box the top was opened, with a note saying, was checked for firearms.....this was 3 months ago |

A lot of my letters, one corner has been torn open on the flap. I get about a dozen packages a week for work. I send out one a week for stuff that needs to go back, pre-paid of course. vaccinefreehealth blogspot com The risk far outweighs any benefit as the risk will vary from child to child. facebook.com/graphixyourway |

FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN CREATING JOBS OR JUST FUCKING LEGALIZING WEED".... Hell I know back in the day...I had tons of friends that got smoke delivered via fed ex and ups overnight. Back in the day, the "overnight" packages had to be processed so quickly, they never went through "normal" scrutiny....it was an awesome way to get you buzz on. I had a Jamaican friend and Puerto Rican friend and they got their smoke almost exclusively from family in the islands... But rather than just the smart thing....tax and control legalized marijuana...lets continue to raise revenue and fill the prisons with victimless crimes.... asshole President....and that fucker smoked weed! "Must have happened during shipping." I'm like "The tape is neatly cut as if with a sharp blade and then more tape is layered directly and unevenly on top of it...and it's exactly this way with all three packages" he's like "I don't know nothing about that." Yeah my document envelope from FedEx was cut with a razor along the top then re-sealed with tape. But the pull strip to open the envelope was entact! The drivers always just shrug when you ask them... Yeah, at Christmas my Amazon package was open and one of the two toys were missing. Guess I am lucky I got one. |

Call the company and report the driver. They will start an investigation. Quoting: JULES77 It is not the government digging in your packages. It is the employees. They are looking for electronics, drugs, etc. to resale. All I can say is the police do randomly check packages but never open them if you know what I mean. Those people will get busted. I guarantee opened packages is employee theft. The companies can easily find out who did it. So be sure to report your drivers. It may not be them, but someone down the line. They will find out who it is and fire them! You are a low-information person and a fool. All you should be reporting this to directly to either FedEx or UPS. Call the company and report the driver. I know things are bad...but this really depresses me. I just thought FedEx still had some integrity, you know? ..Like the spokesperson quoted in the original post. ...I tried to apply with them once, and it was as if I were applying to the FBI. They wanted to know where you'd lived, every month for the past ten years, etc. How do lowlifes who would open packages for personal gain get in? If they are so pressed to be productive, how do they have time to prise through packages and tape them over? ...I can't believe things have declined so rapidly in this country. I would agree with those who state you should report this to FedEx. This needs to be made more public, whatever the origin. |
