This. This a fabricated report. Why? The US does want a conflict. They say the warheads could have nukes so the prudent thing is to back down. We cannot just announce we are backing down otherwise we would look weak. So we decide to back down because Kim is a nutcase with nukes and the US looks like the bigger person.

OF COURSE reliability will be low. The USA never got reliabilty over 2.7% (reactions that were successful chain reactions rather than fizzle). The USSR never got it above 0.8%. It's common knowledge in the intelligence community that China never was able to conduct a successful test.

Why do you think the USA and USSR conducted THOUSANDS of tests, and built TENS of THOUSANDS of weapons, far beyond what would be reasonable? It's because they never could figure out with reproducibility just WHAT caused the unreliability in initiating the chain reactions. This is also the reason that so much effort was expended in researching Unified Field Theory (it's believed gravity-strong force interactions were responisble, since there's documented evidence of gravity-weak field interactions slightly atlering radioactive decay rates).

Pay attention. They have a satellite in orbit. Not a great orbit, and it seems to be tumbling, but it still crosses the USA on a regular basis. If a satellite can be orbited, then the DPRK can reach most/all of the world. No telling what's on board.

This is only now being slowly parted out since there has been an amount of conditioning the MSM watchers for acceptance and justification of going to war.
