HORROR TORTURE OF DOGS IN CHINA. PLEASE, SIGN THE PETITION!!!

So what you're telling me is, you'd be okay with the chinese eating dog meat as long as the dogs are euthanized humanely.

Sure there's animal torturers everywhere but there's no nation that condones it on the vast scale the Chinese do it. Two million dogs PER YEAR are killed like brutally to make leather products sold in the U.S.

not just dogs also cats, you know and they wonder there why they have these quakes and so in Asia, well thats why, if it was for me they that do that could get some horrible disease and die slow...

I understand that humans are Omnivores, and we eat meat.

But there are less traumatic ways to do it so the animals do not have to suffer much before or during their death.

Skinning them alive and then boiling them alive is just downright inhumane.

the boiling dog thing, more than 10 years ago when i was like 12 I saw that on a documentary. This guy put this small cute puppy into this cage and lowered it into a huge pot of water.

I think that traumatised me for quite some time.

It's the same with lobsters though.

I agree that animals shouldnt be tortured before they are killed definitely.

Dogs were not always pets. They like many creatures were reduced to captivity for man's titillation over a period of time so actually we have been cruel to the species for ages.

But eating dog, cat or horse is no different than eating cows, veal, chickens, turkeys, etc... Even fish. When I was in Hong Kong, I tried cat eyes they are very tasty and when I was in Subic we ate lots of monkey meat, it taste kind of like chicken.

People are such hypocrites!

Not as I understand it. Domestication of Dogs was something that started very early on in human societies. We know that early humans breed the dogs to bark, so it would let the tribe know of impending danger. Early humans used dogs for hunting small game, protecting the tribe. Dogs played a critical role in many ancient societies as protectors, and trackers.

On a side note. When/If SHTF if you have a dog, you'll find out how useful they actually are. When you need someone to help you keep safe at night. I never scold my dog when she barks at noises outside, in fact she gets a treat. Because, shes doing her job.
