Re: Applied Kinesiology - Real or Fake?
LisaDiane, thank you for being so open to helping others. I am truly grateful :)

Similar experience to OP. My wife has been having dizzy spells (foggy, feels like she's moving back and forth in her chair). Not vertigo, but just foggy, floaty dizzy.

She's been tested for allergies by a normal doctor, and typical ragweed, pollen. Her blood tests showed Iron deficiency, BUT, after taking iron supps, her levels are more normal than before.

She's gone to dizzy/balance center, had cat scans of her brain, been tested for pretty much anything you can imagine...and nothing. The diagnosis, anxiety.

I find this hard to believe. I have a feeling it may be gluten/corn/dairy, but not sure.

Mind doing a reading? THANK you!

AC, dizziness can be very tricky as it can mean so many things.

I am not a doctor, so consider this an only another opinion, and check what I say with medical tests. You can also try some ideas mentioned below and see if your symptoms subside.

I get that she is allergic to corn, peanuts, wheat ( gluten), soy, and artificial sweeteners. She is dehydrated and needs to drink more water, in lieu of other liquids. She muscle tested to be lacking in Vitamin B1 and B12, D, Calcium, magnesium, and iodine.

She is not allergic to milk, but I think almond milk is far superior to cow's milk. She is not allergic to almonds so this is OK to try.

I muscle tested that she has issues with viral, bacterial and fungal infection ( which could be a yeast infection). Many of these infections can have residual affects that do not show a fever, but still cause havoc to the body. Her infection resides in her bladder and intestines.

Overall her health is not as good as it should be, so try getting these issues corrected, and the dizziness may subside. Her brain, kidney and liver, and G/I tract are coming up lower than I like to see, and this means that she is toxic and has inflammation in her brain and other parts of her body.

Nutrasweeet crosses the blood brain barrier and does cause dizziness in many people. Make sure to cut out this completely and do not even chew gum with Nutrasweet in it.

Please respond and tell me if any of this makes sense to you.

I'm on a diff pc. Wow thank you so much. Where should we start with her? Gluten free diet? A cleanse? More vitamins?

Sorry for the delayed response. I have been on vacation and away from computer.

Drink filtered water with fresh lemon juice.

Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

Eliminate the allergic food I mentioned above.

Go to a health food store to get a really good multi-vitamin/mineral and take extra D, calcium, magnesium, and iodine.

Keep a journal to see how she feels after changing her diet.

Dizziness should subside after a few days of good nutritional support.

Depends on if the muscle tester, can be "neutral" enough.

That is why answers can be off or two or more people can get different answers. It is a skill that can take quite a while to get right.

It's a skill anyone can learn. And most don't do it correctly because they don't do pretests first, which makes all tests invalid.

See some great results you can get from applied kinesiology:

True. But sometimes people just can't stay neutral. So use common sense when being muscle tested.

True. The person always has to make sure they are not predisposed when asking the question/s. And many people can be predisposed so it is best to use common sense when being muscle tested or when you muscle test yourself. A person also has to be in a good state of mind as well. They can't be tired and rushed. Clear the mind and really want to get the correct answer. Not the one you would like to get. That is when things can get really messed up. Again, always use common sense. BTW, medical doctors have to use trial and error so theirs is not an exact science as well. So if something is not working, reassess and try something else. They body is constantly changing. So one thing will work for awhile and then you need something else or nothing at all.

Sounds a lot like the instructions that come with a Ouija board!

P.S. I just went for my first ever applied kinesiology muscle test appointment today...it was incredibly interesting and he was right on about most things, almost seemed as though he was psychic. He is a Christian chiropractor.

Spoke to a lady who did it helped heaps. She was abused as a kid. Said it’s well worth it and helped her heal.
