In Chicago, gun owners are required to have a Chicago Firearm Permit, which costs $100 and must be renewed every three years.

Blacks don't like cold weather. This is clearly so because when I went to Alaska the only blacks I saw were stationed there on military bases.

Thus, it makes sense that since blacks commit way over half of all violent crimes and since they like to stay indoors when it is cold then crime would drop in the winter.

It's about the people who live in each city -- Houston has far more people who are independently-minded and don't want to mooch off the government.

I'm 30 minutes from south side of Chicago and watch the news everyday.
We like to do an over- under on the body count from night before.
Bar-BBQ usually get shot up pretty good with 15-20 shot at once. Really screws up the Under bet. I used to deliver LTL in Back of the Yards and
Englewood. On school days community activist members with bright vest stood at ever corner as protection for kids walking home. They were paid from a $30 million fund from Washington. Top 3 community organization got the contract and Jesse Jackson of course. So tax payers all over the country pay to keep these kids safe cause they don't do it themselves. Why is it so hard to maintain a society for them. And they shoot each other over simple trash talking.
