Resurrection is not to be confused with ascension - they are two separate things.

Jesus the Christ both resurrected and ascended and His message was simple - because I, as the Son of Man can do this - you can too!

Revelation 7 is a good place to start for the ascension of the multitude. 5 stars for you my Christian brother.

I've been doing a little research, okay, a lot of research about how history repeats itself and about fractal Truth, and I am amazed at the implications. I also look at synchronicity of all religions.

I believe every religions has a bit of Truth in it and when we take a little from each we can discover Ghod's Truth.

According to the Greek Orthodox faith, Ascension Day happens this year on June 13, 2013. I want to believe the rapture will take place on this date if not sooner, because May 9, 2013 is Ascension Day in the Roman faiths.

You have some interesting observations. I disagree about the other religions having anything outside of the natural in truths. The truth, the life and the way is Christ. No one comes to God except through the Son.

As far as the rapture is concerned, it happens at the coming of the Son of Man. We are told that no man and no angels in Heaven know the hour and day, but we know the season from the following. It is Spring. From bible.cc Matthew 24:32Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 33So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

The fractal part is interesting and consistent with the works of Christ and anything else in the bible for that matter. Our faith is a seed faith. Christ even compares Heaven to the mustard seed.

At Christ death on the cross, the skies darkened and the earth quaked. What does that sound like? A microcosm for the coming of the Son of Man doesn't it?

The deliverance of God's people would be in some measure similar to the Jews exodus from egypt I think. Look at this verse from bible.cc KJV Numbers 33:3 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians. This is around late March to early April if you convert the month of Nisan to the current calendar. This puts you somewhere around the death of Christ on the cross. Add three days, resurrection, and then 40 more days until ascension and that puts you about mid May. If we are of Christ and in scripture he ask us to take up our cross, then could this template of resurrection and 40 days until ascension apply to his flock as well?

There is something weird about this Numbers 33:3 verse. Look at this one as well Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. We also know that Christ was 33 and dies at 3pm on the cross.

Now look at a verse from Once4All's first post. Acts 1:9 After saying this, he was taken up into a cloud while they were watching, and they could no longer see him. Now look at Mark 13:26And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. He is coming back the same way he left.

We also know that the endtimes will be as the days of Noah. There are definite patterns in the scripture.
