You can drink any distilled liquor (ie vodka) you like. Low carb beer such as miller lite is fine also. The older us males get the harder it is for out bodies to deal with sugar and carbs, it turns it all to fat and sends it straight to our bellies. Search metabolic syndrome on GLP, there's a great thread to get started if you really want to lose weight. |

Jump rope is a EXCELLENT cardio that will make you gasp for relief, swimming is a another full body cardio, and road bicycling will rip your metabolism up. I aimed for 2-3 pounds per week and so far it's working :D |

If one was dropped out of a plane, or indeed plunged into water, the mono-ab will win out every time: In the case of water, you could surf on the thing assuming you are being dragged by a jetboat or merely use your enhanced flotation capabilities to rise to the surface like an otter or whatever the hell it is you guys have in the northen hemisphere. If, however you somehow left a plane mid-air (by playing Angry Birds with the volume turned up and being stuck on the same level and getting thrown out by your even angrier co-passengers), you could coast downwards using your magnifically rounded front torso to negotiate the surging crosswinds, using your flabby arm batwings to control your direction. See? It's a win/win situation. Drink more beer! |
