You distinguish between the houses of Judah and Israel for the purpose of denying the Jews. The tribes were interspersed and then dispersed and then regathered. Representatives from all tribes of Israel will speak to those of every tribe of Israel. "Jews" now refers those of all tribes, not just Judah.

You are free to believe otherwise, and of course, your otherwise will be the true Christian understanding and everyone else simply doesn't know everything like you do...
