SANDY HOOK SCHOOL SHOOTING REPORT

There was some kind of temporary welfare-checking area that Detective Rachel Van Ness and 401 (401 was EMS or a paramedic of some kind) were staffing. I think by street they mean the driveway of the school, but not sure. They refer in the audio, also, to Van Ness and 401 being near the fence, and I think there are even photos that show them there. Det. Van Ness is involved with children's welfare in other capacities, and I think that's why she was assigned down by the school to assist with children coming out. She and 401 were supposed to be checking the children for injuries, since they were still keeping EMS out.

I don't know why, at that early point, they wouldn't want to just be getting kids out as fast as they could, but I suppose if they were seriously enough wounded, they'd want to avoid having them run/be carried too far.

so-far we've determined:

1 The shooting at the school started around 9:30 am

2 Two parents arrived immediately after 9:30

3 A special kind of bullet was used, probably a 233 caliber hollow point type which is especially harmful upon entering the body.

4 One 911 call came in around 9:32 possibly from Barbara Sibley or a school teacher.

5 The police arrived around 9:40 am and call in the vehicle plates 872-YEO

6 Sergeant David Kullgren was the Commanding officer on scene

7 Another 911 call was received around 9:43. This second call could be from Sally Cox and Babara Halstead because the dispatcher said (teachers) saw shadows. (Sally Cox and Barbara Halstead called together and spent up to four hours in the school closet according to wikipedia)

8 The shooting lasted longer than the 5 minutes originally stated and would have been more like 16 minutes in length

9 The shooter probably died around 9:46 when the shooting stopped.

10 Ambulances staged at the Fire station. Ambulance a2 was allowed into the scene. Ambulance a3 asked for permission to inter the scene at 9:59 but was denied access.

11 Chief Michael Kehoe told the newspaper Sinko was disciplined for failing to carry his radio.

The chief said the 24-year veteran was not going to be a first responder and was not on duty on Dec. 14 when the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School sent dozens of officers racing to the scene.

Kehoe said Sinko arrived at the school about two hours later and his failure to respond more quickly did not result in additional casualties.

In addition to lieutenant George Sinko receiving a reprimand, Police Chief Micheal Kehoe could be facing facing a non confidence vote over this. Word of the possible no-confidence vote took him by surprise.

I am not sure if this another rabbit hole but I checked the comments below several times.

9:41 Last note, we got a chopper in front of the building.

9:41 Acknowledge we don't have any visual crew on station.

The sound quality was poor but I heard the words chopper and visual.


Having said that, I thought this looks preplanned although it is possible an already airborne chopper was pulled of an assignment from close-by. I am still wondering how a helicopter managed to get there so fast. Wouldn't the airport have records on that helicopters flight plan? And wouldn't that record be available under the freedom of information? It might provide some interesting details about the event. The next entry at 9:41 appears to acknowledge the prior call where he says "we don't have any visual crew on station." Is he acknowledging the chopper is there (with cameras) because there aren't any cameras on the ground (on station)

Does that sound reasonable?

Officer Penna heard the shot. Then two Officers Chapman and Smith spotted a rifle on the floor near the second classroom. The gun must have been in the hallway. Upon entering that room, they found the deceased gunman, along with the bodies of several children and adults.

I understand some people heard the word "official" instead of "visual" but if they check again maybe it's not official. And the entry prior sounds all wrong. Sorry, but that's my take.

It's an ambulance getting ready to head to Sandy Hook School. The feed we're transcribing here is largely "Newtown Area Fire & Newtown Police." It's a combination of Fire/EMS radio traffic, and police traffic. Dispatcher Bob Nute speaks to both Fire/EMS, and police, but on different frequencies.

I'm in the process of separating the two channels now so it's easier to understand.

When A2 (I think that's who's saying it--either A2 or A3) says "we don't have official crew on station," they're referring to the staffing of the ambulances. Ambulances are sent with a driver and various crew; paramedics, etc., and they can be certified ALS (Advanced Life Support) or BLS (Basic Life Support).

Sorry - A2 and A3 are ambulances with the Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

8667 Your right. I went back listened to the 9:41 mark in VideoStudio7 and I heard that also" Last known shots were in the front of the building.

Must have been the program I was using before or the wrong codec but it came through clear this time. thanks!

Sounds good, Canada - in a different feed I heard reference to an air ambulance, and the exchange said something like "he's at the hangar but it'll be 45 minutes before he's in the air," something to that effect. 45 min is a long time.

Did you consider that maybe it was a drone with a camera? Drones do not have to be big.

Sandy Hook looks like a massive hoax to further the NWO agenda. People were so shocked by the event that most are screaming for additional security, more gun control , more psychiatric interventions, more infringements on the family life and tighter education guidelines. It's all about control. If you want to believe children died then how do you explain no ambulance were allowed on scene? How do you explain Sally Cox hiding in the closet for four hours in the same room the police used as a command center? How do you explain a shooting spree that lasted only five minutes? How do you explain Adams Death certificate dated Dec 13, 2012, How do you explain Carvers odd behaviour? How do you explain Robby Parkers odd behaviour? How do you explain the police updating the police communication system 4 hours prior to the event? How do you explain the sign behind Gene Rosen that says "Everyone must check in" ??

How do you explain the fact that their have now been over 45,000 Sandy Hook threads saying it was a coverup? That's just on GLP. Forget the rest of the internet. And yet some assholes continue to believe the official story. That's the biggest mystery of all.

Did they ever explain why the Sergeant was saying what sounded like "take the life of Adam" on the radio. I don't remember any explanation for Adams Death certificate error either (or was it an error)
