anyone have sleep paralysis experiences?
I woke up to the feeling of someone having their hands on my body, around my neck, on my mouth, and on my arms and legs. The only thing i move was my eyes. I could feel eyes staring at me, i was very nervous at this point. I eventually just cried myself to sleep while this was happening.

does anyone have any experiences of sleep paralysis?

Re: anyone have sleep paralysis experiences?
yes, only once in my life a year or two ago. i woke up laying face down with my arms out in an L formation. i could not move, it felt like someone or something was sitting on my back and holding my arms down by the wrists. i was scared but after about 15 seconds was able to break free and force myself up. of course nothing was there. i think they are demonic attacks. the whole scientific explanation doctors and so called "experts" give is bs in my opinion

I used to have them all the time. When I was young I thought a demon was trying to mess with me. After I read about what was really going on I didn't panic when it happened. I was even able to start controlling my dreams!

Re: anyone have sleep paralysis experiences?
Only once, about 15 years ago, I was on my back, couldn't move, when I managed to open my eyes slightly the light was blinding. Had a sense of a couple of people around me. Just before I was able to move again, I felt someone (or possibly something) grip my upper arm briefly in a reassuring type gesture (the hand felt very human).

Re: anyone have sleep paralysis experiences?
yeah

Large fondly hands on my ass. They take a few times to go away. Shit is weird. The white faced red eyed man in black is a bastard too. He will try to take your soul from you. I used to get witches when I was younger. They would be at my bedside sitting there. I could never see a face but only the outline of a thin woman with long graying hair. My mom had short hair and was a fatty so it wasn't her and shit.

Re: anyone have sleep paralysis experiences?
it used to happen a lot when I was young, I learned there called night mares [link to www.dreamsnightmares.com] I was told that they always where some sort of hat, I know ridiculous, but I was told that if you can snap out of it fast enough and grab the hat the night mare has to grant you a wish. well that's cool and all but since I was told that it never happened again.

Yes, on and off, ever since I was 12-13yo.

Last worse one, was a female demonic entity sitting next to me in my bed, with the horror movie looking distorted face, she was mocking me and laughing at me.

I know why she was mocking me.

Re: anyone have sleep paralysis experiences?
I've had it happen a few times.

A few months back it happened and it was really weird. I was lying staring at the wall almost asleep. Next thing I knew, I was frozen solid, staring at the wall and I found myself saying, "Fuck you, get out motherfucker, fuck you", over and over. No recollection of falling asleep, it was like I lost time or something.

I snapped out of it, but couldn't remember when it started or when it ended. It was absolutely freaky.

I used to have real bad problems with sleep paralysis, but the episodes ceased happening when I got my cats. Maybe they relax me, maybe they keep something away, who knows!!
