Seems they keep taking down the video but I found another.
He falls in at about the 1:07 minute mark. Not sure if they located his body.

MIAMI (AP) — A man who jumped onto a lifeboat on the side of a cruise ship clung to the edge of the tiny vessel for more than minute early Friday as fellow passengers watched and screamed before he plunged into the ocean below, according to officials and video posted of the incident......

The video was shot from a very awkward angle but now that I saw a photo of the ship, the person filming was obviously on an upper deck, looking down.

Here's a picture of the vessel. It's friggin HUGE!!!
Poor guy. I hope he survived. I doubt it though.
