Binaural Beats WORKS!! SCARY SHIT!

People can't hear frequencies much lower than 20 Hz -- we feel them. So you don't need headphones with a lower frequency response with these binaural programs. That's why the programs were written. They "fake" the lower frequencies by using two higher -- hearable -- frequencies that differ slightly by the frequency you really want. If you want to hear a 10 Hz frequency, the programs produce a 400 Hz sound in the left headphone and a 410 Hz sound in the right headphone. Your brain puts the two sides together to get the desired 10 Hz sound.

Be very careful trying to generate precise frequencies using your sound board in your computer!

The frequency you put in is probably not the
frequency that comes out of the speakers.

If you are using software that does not depend on yur sound card to generate the frequency then this warning probably doesn't apply.

Bottom line is if you are going to try to use frequencies to alter your brain waves, a calibration is in order.

its entierly done in software, cooledit pro v2.1,, it has to be precise its advertised as a professional recording studio amongst other things.

ive just tried the track for a 2nd time, this time i was much more relaxed during the deepest part as i knew what to expect, i felt deeply relaxed and a nice fuzz sensation all thru my body.
