Cheating a little this time - using bottled organic veg. juice when I'm too tired/busy to make food.

I would love some input into which bottled juices are actually healthy.

What's your protein source though?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73387405

From "You're not fat You're toxic" you will learn that PROTEIN DOES NOT PRODUCE PROTEIN.

Protein has to be broken down into amino acids in digetsion then rebuilt by the body.

Raw plants have ALL the essential amino acids you need. Even LETTUCE DOES!

While muscle meat has very few.

And cooking destroys 50% of protein.

We grow fastest when on breast milk - and it's only 1-5% protein - same as apples.

The animal protein myth was created to fuel profits for Medical Mafia and Agriculture Mafia.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73387405

That's why gorillas who eat zero animal protein are 6x stronger than humans - yet bodies are very similar to ours.
 Quoting: G3

Wow, this is very interesting. So you're saying you don't purposely eat any protein such as nuts or beans just for the protein source?

Are there any pre-made juice drinks that are sold in stores that you recommend.

I'm a 62yo guy that was up to 311 lbs 8 years ago. I went on a gluten free diet starting in Oct '08 and have been GF since. I lost 120 pounds. Over the past couple years though I have gained back about half of that and I'm still GF but I feel like crap.

I know I eat too many sweets and dairy. I'm very lucky that my cholesterol and blood sugar are always perfect no matter what I eat, even when I weighed over 300 lbs.

I really would like to start a raw diet but I need it to be as easy as possible.

Thanks OP

Yes

Eat nuts and seeds more if get hungry. More for essential oils than anything.

It's amazing how your body absorbs them if you grind them up in a food processor - all the chewing is done for you - body just grabs it. So a TINY bit of food makes you feel VERY FULL.

I'm supplementing with Biotta juice as that's the one used in the Breuss cancer Cure. NO BOTTLED FRUIT JUICE (too much sugar). But best to make your own. Bottled is not really raw.

Want simple? It starts with what you buy.

No fruit juice. That's a sugar drink. Unless you make it yourself.

Cooking destroys the goodness.

I believe the Breuss cancer cure with Biotta works because the veg juice provides some nutrients while the person has ZERO ANIMAL PROTEIN AND ZERO GRAINS.

For someone like you I would not recommend you go 100% raw just yet. You will detox too massively and it will be horrible - people who don't understand detoxing sometimes even run to the hospital, not understanding the body is just getting toxins out of its system and not worrying if you feel pain/nausea/exhausted/dizzy while that happens.

I recommend more education on natural health and vegetarian wheat-free food. Learn new ways to shop.

Please read the reviews of "You're not fat, You're toxic" at amazon. That's a full program that summarizes $700 worth of natural health books and makes it easier to include in your lifestyle.

Sure. A lot of bananas not so good but when going 100% raw they don't seem to affect one as much as when also eating cooked food.

Bananas should be organic so they don't have flamethrower chemcials (something like that - can't remember) put on them to stop them going ripe.

Re: What's the longest you've gone 100% pure raw plant food?
We are not herbivores or similar to gorillas. The protein deficiency has weakened your brain.

"For example, a big-bellied gorilla is considered healthy while a big belly on a human signals obesity — with all its associated health problems. For gorillas, that big belly is necessary because the size of their colon is both longer and larger than humans so they can ferment the plant fibers they eat and accommodate all the bacteria needed for the fermentation process.

Human (whole food) plant-based eaters rarely have a big belly. Because humans rely on starches and intact sugars that are broken down through enzymatic digestion, a plant-based eating human tends to be thin, muscular and healthy.

It once again simply doesn’t make sense to think that our nutritional requirements are similar to those of big-bellied fermenters in the wild."

"If humans were true herbivores, we wouldn’t have time for anything but eating and sleeping. But because we can digest starches through an enzymatic process and store the energy we get from them, we are freed from the endless cycle of eating."

But hey, either way I still lost 140+ pounds.

No dairy.

No sugar.

But, you can freeze bananas/mango/berries and put them through a mincer (part of some juicers) and it tastes like ice cream. Add a little maple syrup.

Add a coupe of nuts/seeds.

On a raw food diet you can have this for every meal.

A couple months fully raw, I did eat nuts, seeds, and fruits then another 5 months vegan with cooked starches, low fat with still some raw fruits and vegetables because it was satisfying. I was trying to clear up a dermatitis/eczema issue. It helped the skin issue a lot. I think it made me super fertile because after thinking we couldn't maintain a pregnancy after loosing a 3 early trimester, we got one to stick after the raw/vegan diet. Maybe it's a coincidence, don't know.
Ate meat and fats during pregnancy because I craved it and was pretty tiny and needed a little meat on my bones.
