I feel the same way as the OP. I think she will agree with me that if you watched the whole season you feel like you sort of know him. When my sister mentioned mid season she liked him to win I thought........he's o.k. I was lovin' Michael Johns. But as I watched week after week I started developing a huge crush on him. He is sexy and fabulous. I have had random crushes on celebrities before, but this is different. I think maybe because we watched him go from a regular so-so guy to totally hot.

And yet more explicit proof that I will never EVER understand the female mind. As a heterosexual white male who was raised to be a gentleman, my impression is that this guy is as homosexual as they come.

Thank you for your reply. I was beginning to think that I and I alone was crushing hard on this guy. He almost strikes me as being of royal blood. Hard to explain. But if I ever met a real live prince, I think, in a perfect world, he would present himself as David does.

I am intrigued as to why you think DC is homosexual. I'm usually pretty good about picking up on that vibe, but that is definitely NOT the vibe I'm getting about David.

David's appeal to me is his overwhelming MALENESS. I have been told that I am a very feminine woman and I have to admit that I tend to only respond to men who have this wonderful male-thing going on not only physically, but as a part of their whole persona.

I also feel that David really "likes" women. And not just out of the bedroom either.

And as far as his attractiveness, well... I'm afraid you'd have to be a woman to "see" the beauty of this guy. His lips, his eyes, his biceps, and yes, even his little tummie.

The hair cut and the facial hair don't hurt either. And combined with a rapier wit, a genuine spirit, and a warm and wonderful heart, well... THIS is what makes him attractive.
