Will food grade hydrogen peroxide work?

I read somewhere that food grade needs to be diluted down to less than 3% from 35+% or it will kill you.
H2O2 was used for 100's of years to cure and heal but for cleansing the pineal gland may not be appropriate and maybe even a bad thing. Try things that improve oxygen flow through the blood stream.
Purest O2 oxygen is the objective because the pineal gland consumes the most O2 of any body part. The gland sits above the spot where fluid would be during gargling. Also, there is a small canal tract from the back of throat to the gland.
