One reason no birth certificate has surfaced is because the state of Hawaii uses paper that is unique to a particular year, and at the end of each year, the surplus paper is destroyed. No paper of the type that was used during the year of Obama's claimed birth is in existence. For this reason it is impossible to produce a foolproof forgery.

It should be brought up in any discussion of Obama's constitutional eligibily to serve as president that, no matter if he was born in the U.S. or not, he is constitutionally disqualified on the basis of the citizenship status of his purported father.

If, however, it is at some point determined that the man who has been identified as his father is not in fact the sperm donor, and that the actual sperm donor was indeed a U.S. citizen (say, malcom X or Frank Davis, for example), he is nevertheless disqualified because he took Indonesian citizenship as a child, and if he sought to regain his U.S. citizenship, he would then be a naturalized citizen, not natural-born, as is required by the Constitution.

Do not relent on this issue.
