If paper doesn't do it for you, there is always those wet-wipes that work really well. Or, you could use a wet washcloth.
Hell, you could even shave the hair from around your bunghole to make the paper more effective.

I would try all of these before I wipe with my bare hand, but hey, thats just me.

Hell, I would wipe my ass with $1000 suit before I'd use a bare hand. There isn't enough antibacterial soap in the world to remove the taint of my whole hand inside my own ass. That's crossing a line, man...a line you can't uncross.
