PRE-ASCENSION

Before my physical, biological Ascension Process stated in Feb. 1999, my ability to mentally and emotionally focus was rather impressive. I could easily and quickly enter an altered state of consciousness by mentally focusing on something and then fueling my intent with a specific emotion. That was all it took for me to quickly launch myself into an altered state specifically to access higher dimensional information.

Keep in mind that what I’m talking about was my reality before the start of my physical body Ascension Process. My consciousness and the energy situation was different then from what it was 15 years ago, 10 years, or even 3 years ago. My point is that I was very familiar with easily and quickly shifting my consciousness and focus to intentionally perceive higher level information and retain the majority of it once I’d returned to what then was my “normal” consciousness. START OF THE BIOLOGICAL ASCENSION PROCESS

With the start of my physical Ascension Process this well developed mental ability I’d had all my life suddenly ended and I was mortified. Literally overnight I went from my familiar Multidimensional Traveler mode to not able to string enough words together to make intelligent sentences or even remember the names of certain objects! I went through a period of years where I couldn’t read books—something I loved and could do in a day or two and retain almost all of what I’d read—because I couldn’t mentally focus and remain mentally focused. It was incredibly frustrating and my ego self and sense of identity took debilitating but necessary transformational blows being forced to so unexpectedly release those abilities and sense of self at that level.

I eventually realized that this chaotic mental jumble and disconnect was another typical Ascension symptom; a very important one that forced my then ego self, my consciousness, and my mental habits out of their familiar level and state, and into a (didn’t know this at the time but) temporary space of utter disconnect. I went through years of not being able to mentally focus on much of anything for the simple reason that I was not supposed to be so intensely focused in that old familiar 3D way! The Ascension Process scrambled my brains and ability to think straight, focus and stay focused on what the then “me” wanted to focus on. My Higher Self had grander plans so I was placed on temporary Ascension disconnect and intense mental and ego self scramble for a few years…as were most of you.

WHAT’S THIS NEW LEVEL OF MENTAL INTERFERENCE?

After going through these difficult Phase One Ascension-related changes, now when I mentally focus on specific positive and higher things, suddenly I can’t hold or maintain the desired focus I intended. This however does not feel like that old Ascension symptom mentioned above. I can now quickly get where I intend to mentally, create the visual mind’s eye image I want to use and actually be visualizing and Consciously Creating when, in the next split-second I’ll be thinking about trash on the side of the roads, monkey shit, off-road vehicles, biker dudes, colorful jelly beans, kids playing happily under the summer sun, cleaning the house, getting the car waxed, zebras grazing in Africa… Every ridiculous lower frequency thing you could imagine would suddenly derail my intended higher frequency mental focus. And of course I thought for about a year that this problem was all me. I thought I was simply not doing all I could to mentally focus on what I wanted to focus on. I figured it was all my fault and that I must be doing something wrong. I’m stressing this because we all do this; we automatically assume that we’re the reason something isn’t working correctly. We typically don’t consider that there may be some other potential source of our mental interference problems other than it must all be me.

Then around 2008 I realized I should pay close attention to what I was mentally focusing on and intending when this sudden and severe mental interference and repeated derailing business happened. I also compared this to when I’d mentally focus on typical everyday type things and projects. This simple comparison test was how I made this discovery.

I discovered that this new mental side tracking and all over the place crazy monkey-mind derailing happened ONLY when I intentionally focused mentally on doing and/or Consciously Creating something higher in frequency than say, the need to mop my kitchen floor next Tuesday. Of course I did this comparison testing 547 times to be sure of the results I was getting! I never publicly write about something unless I’m very sure of what I’m about to present to the minds and hearts of readers.

So here are the incredible results of nearly four years of my fumbling around trying to honestly discern why this was happening to me. I know that 95% of the time now (this will improve greatly and sooner than later I sense) when I intentionally mentally focus on something higher to help me, my body/bodies with the current Ascension Process and energies (Consciously Create), I evidently trigger some frequency device—probably within my Mental Body in another dimension—that automatically and instantly activates mental blocks and mental interference to what I’m intentionally doing and focusing on. Next obvious question is who would do this to me? To you? This one is obvious after you make the connections; it’s the Dark Ones. The why to this is equally obvious; they do NOT want us raising our vibratory rates, our frequencies, our mental and emotional energies and focus on anything higher and positive because it will directly affect them in ways they do not want. Talk about ramming your Ascending head against an invisible glass ceiling!

They have in my opinion placed or implanted some type of frequency monitor—Higher Consciousness Alarm System—to prevent me/you/us from intentionally using our evolving/ascending High Heart (Unity) Consciousness and Creative abilities and escape their monstrous actions and distortions to our different Energy Bodies and multidimensional abilities. If this wasn’t created by them I’d experience this same mental interference and derailing business when I focus on anything. But I don’t, I experience it only when I intentionally focus on creating something positive, higher and beneficial for myself, my physical body, the masses, the planet etc. The mental blockages and mental interference was there every time and that’s not a coincidence—it’s deliberate and it’s done by the Dark Ones to keep us functioning within a very limited and lowly frequency range.

SO NOW WHAT?

Just because I put two and two together and discover some of these multidimensional dark, negative, horrific things on my own does not mean I’m always ready to share them all at TRANSITIONS. Sometimes I sit on information because I’m not ready or willing to play the solo maverick and stick my Elder Starseed Lightworker neck out yet again and get myself attacked for the effort. So, sometimes I sit on certain information until I sense or know it is energetically time to go public with it and that I’ll be safe in doing so.

This was recently confirmed for me by another great article by Lisa Renee that made my heart smile and know it’s time for more of this information to be brought out into full consciousness. Her article I’m talking about is “The Diamond Heart” February 2011. [See it at her website please]

This article talks about how we’ve evolved/ascended to the point now where it’s time for these negative, other-dimensional Mental Body (and Emotional Body) blocks and frequency interference devices to be removed or energetically overridden completely. This makes perfect sense to me because of the higher level interferences and blockages I’d discovered a few years ago. I sensed there had to be more Light assistance for us in removing and/or overriding any and all of these negative distortions, blockages, energy siphons, and multi-bodied control devices created by the Dark Ones so long ago. I’ve sensed that eventually within our ongoing Ascension Process we’d have to deal with all of these negative DNA alterations, disconnections, and everything else done by them to us, humanity and Earth. Evidently we reached that point in the fall months of 2010, but all of 2011 will quickly deal with one after another of these negative multidimensional body and consciousness interference devices. It’s about time is all I can say! Can you imagine how much easier everything will be for us Lightworkers/Starseeds/Wayshowers/Gridworkers/Indigos when we have all our natural abilities, Source energies and connections back up and running constantly and all these dark limitation and parasitic feed devices gone? I cannot wait to exist and work at full and natural capacity with NO dark energy drains, restrictions and constant interference devices in any of my bodies!

I realize we will walk up these 2011 energy stair steps and accelerated phases and these ancient negative distortions, blockages, interference devices, energy drains and all the rest of it created by the Dark Ones to imprison us, are (and will continue to be) removed or dissolved because that is a huge aspect of this phase of the Ascension Process. And the interdimensional help and protections we have now is different from what I’ve perceived from the start of 1999 through the ending of 2010. The Work we’re currently doing will be much faster and easier compared to what we’ve been through during Phase One. Know that one after another of these negative etheric devices and distortions created by the Dark Ones will quickly be leaving us now and replaced with unrestricted flow of Source Energy and Life Force. Oooo…just had another little earthquake here like an exclamation point to all this! Don’t forget to read Lisa’s Feb. 2011 article to better connect these Multi-D Ascension pieces.

Your words do help, because I know I am not alone in this. I know many people who have gone through life relatively easy, have had some traumatic events but they don't understand what I have gone through, and how I have yet to fully fix what is broken. I know that my life was not meant to be easy this time around, and it certainly has not been. There has been quite a mess for me to pick myself out of, I know for a fact that most people put through what I have would have long killed themselves by now. However I am not that easy to call it quits. No way I could do that, though I am pretty wounded. I can ride it out there, there isn't much time left to have to deal with it.

There is much more to it than that but no point in making any sort of attempt to describe it, I know you understand and trust.

Coyote and jackal are very similar, energetically. Lately I have been feeling more aligned with Mesomelas, though. It is a closer symbol of my grand earth purpose. Both coyote and jackal however are ruled by the energy of Tezcatlipoca, which is ultimately where I come from.

Dances, the healing and regenerating has been and IS happening more quickly now... my weight is back to normal... three years ago i looked like a walking animated (not very) skeleton... started taking alchemy and watched the scales climbing... whoa! --too high, couldn't fit into my jeans anymore... made Bear happy... he'd like me to be FAT... not my image, nosiree... ahhh vanity...
now back to 'normal' weight AND i can wear those jeans, just in time for spring.

Three and four nights ago i had very realistic dreams... in one i was standing in front of a firing squad... discovered i had no particular fear of dying. Next night i cannot now remember, except it too was of death and dying.

Sent simply the energy thougt... 'no!' and it has stopped. It didn't occur to me that others were also experiencing this kind of thing, and i had not the name for it that Canis used... 'chord'... maybe i must learn more about this, you think??

Canis, I know that I am speaking here without invitation, but as one survivor of abuse (yes, heavy!) I learned that there is only one way to deal with it -- you see, those scars you feel and which are appearing so often back in your life, your feelings and your memories, are the scars in the 'younger you' as they took place exactly during the abuse. You were scared, petrified... and your mind took you out from that scenario to lead you into surviving the life, until now. But this young guy is still there, 'left behind' in unfinished business, feeling the horror, being scared and all alone.
So the only (and from my point of view and it is very authoritative for me) the only solution is for you to consciously go back to that horror, witness it again as an Observer next to that young man, and this time around, embrace him with all the love you learned and now can muster, let him know that you will never leave him alone, and bring him back with you to NOW. The memory and pain, I guarantee you, will fade away.

I have had a soul retrieval done by an accomplished shaman about a year ago. It was successful at first, but the retrieved soul pieces done in the retrieval left again due to a psychic cording attachment I have been trying to get rid of for almost 3 years now. It pretty much drains me of my energy and ability to do much more than the bare minimum.. a reiki session I had last week got rid of it, but it came back after 2 days, so I am pretty much just stuck with the way things are until.. whenever.

Kinda sucks, but I can live with it for now. I have been for my whole life, I can hang on a little bit longer.

Energy stealers are everywhere! They are your family members, your friends and they are your co-workers and YOU may even be one yourself. A more common name is a Psychic Vampire and we all know what vampires do! In this case the vampire is sucking our vital energy, depleting us and causing us to become unhealthy emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Spiritual purification and cord cutting are some tools that can keep the vampires away!

What does the term ‘Psychic Vampire’ mean anyway? A psychic vampire is a person that steals other people’s energies because they are living their life in victim consciousness and believe that everything happens ’to’ them. Living in this manner is very dis-empowering. Therefore in order for them to feel better about themselves they need to attach themselves to another person’s energy field. In order for this ‘vampire’ to attach themselves to your energy body, they form cords attaching the two of you together. When they need a boost, they unconsciously steal your energy instead of using their own! These cords are also like highways and run both ways! That means that you will also receive their energy whether it is positive or negative. If they have a headache, you may also develop a headache. It they are depressed, you may become depressed. If they are angry, you may become angry and so on. As you can see this can be very detrimental to your health. At an unconscious level, you have allowed the vampire or vampires to attach themselves to your energy body through these cords. These cords are not visible to the naked eye but they can be seen with the psychic third eye. These cords prevent you from really being the real you! It is imperative that these cords be severed and sometimes a spiritual purification is required for your well-being and also for the growth of the other person.

How do we recognize a Psychic Vampire? Some traits of the dis-empowered energy stealer are:

•feels lonely or abandoned
•feels they have been rejected
•needs constant reassurance
•never feels satisfied
•doesn’t like to be alone
•seeks nurturing or feels they need to be taken care of
•low energy and fatigued
•they have a poor me attitude
•is a drama king or queen
•constant talker that never allows you to speak
•needs you to be their therapist or rescuer fixing their problems
•the blamer making you feel guilty about things
•vindictive by putting you down
•a person that is unhappy a lot
•tries controlling you or your life
•manipulates you to get things their way
How do I know if I am being psychically attacked?

•dizziness
•loss of energy
•muscle tension
•mental confusion
•headaches
•chronic fatigue
•sleep disturbances
•irritability
•depressed mood
•physical illness
•small diminishing aura
•leaks, holes and/or tears in your aura
•and a whole lot more!
I know, you are now thinking that is almost everyone alive! Unfortunately, too many people are simply not aware of their energetic bodies and how they operate. Once people start taking responsibility for creating their own lives and taking back their personal power this will not be an epidemic. (Granted other conditions also can be the cause of these symptoms besides being psychically attacked.) Those that psychically attack others either do this consciously or subconsciously. Either way it is detrimental to your health, in all areas of your energetic being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

How do I protect myself from this? First you need to become aware of which individuals deplete your energy and limit your contact with them. But simply not being in their physical presence does not stop them from draining you! Know that not all people attacking you are people that you know either! Secondly, you need to release all the negative emotions that you carry within yourself. If you hold anger, hurt, jealousy etc. inside your being, it is like you are shackled to a ball and chain, holding you hostage with your own creation! Releasing of all negative emotions brings freedom as fear is the robber of peace. Why must I do this? Because any disharmony in our four energetic bodies will cause us to be vulnerable, so that darkness and confusion can enter. Being aware of this is empowering. I stress this, do not go into fear now that you are aware of this. Simply take the steps to protect yourself. Darkness consists of anything that is of a lower/heavier vibration such as anger, fear, depression, jealousy, hatred etc. When angry thoughts are directed at you, they can penetrate your weak and vulnerable areas like arrows. What happens is they take away your clarity and fill you with confusion and drain your energy. Following are some tools to empower yourself from Psychic Vampires.

Here is a simple cord cutting exercise. Cord cutting should be done on a daily basis and much more often when we are going through a stressful period in our life. These cords should be cut from our loved ones as well. No cord attached to anyone or thing is good!

•Take some deep cleansing breaths. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Call upon Arch Angel Michael and ask him for his assistance in cutting all cords that are attached to your being. Visualize Michael swirling his sword around your entire being severing all the cords. Know that no cord can remain intact and they are returning to where they came from. When you feel Michael has completed this process, thank him for his assistance. It is done. Easy as that!
Here are some physical steps for purification.

•Burn all relevant photographs or objects holding memories of the person, place or situation.
•Write down all feelings of frustration, anger, hurt, fear, etc., and burn the paper, flush it down the toilet or bury it. Please don’t give it to the person! Repeat this step as often as necessary.
•Clear all the clutter from every room of your home. Rule of thumb. If you haven’t used in 6 months it’s not likely you will! Get rid of it.
•Clean and if necessary redecorate your home. Bringing nature indoors is wonderful energy!
•Check there are no books in your bookshelves or pictures on your walls that have negative energy. Surround yourself with high vibrational objects, spiritual books, spiritual pictures, plants, fresh flowers etc.
•Sprinkle holy water in all rooms starting at the center spiraling outwards.
•Smudge with sage, cedar and sweetgrass and invoke the help of God, the Ascended Masters, the Great White Brother and Sisterhood, the Archangels and Angels, your Higherself and I AM Presence.
•Play sacred music and sing, chant OM or say The Lord’s Prayer.
•Cleanse and purify your crystals and dedicate them to the Light.
•Light candles and use high vibrational pure essential oils.
You now have the tools and knowledge to take back your personal power. I invite you to empower yourself today!

Good article, although it is useless for me. I can cut the cord, and a minute or two later it comes back. I've done all sorts of different things to try and stop it but someone has some sort of construct assembled to make it reattach itself. I've pretty much given up trying to get rid of it because I have no effective way of keeping it gone. I don't know what to do. Reiki helped for 2 days but it came right back.

Basically, I'm fucked until I can figure it out some time in the future. Right now, I'm powerless against it.

I've been dealing with it for nearly 3 years now, I've tried everything I'm able, trust me. :)

I have some good suspicions who it belongs to, hence why I can't get rid of it. They are proficient in black arts. They would have a few things that would make it hard for me to do anything about to block it.

But really, I have no solid proof it could be them. Only suspicions.

I have plenty of evidence that what I am talking about is a cording attachment, the most recent being that the person I went to for reiki described my energy channels (the two main ones on either side of your body) that just had my energy going off to an external source.
