Apophis's designation is 2004-MN4, discovered on June 14, 2004, passing by in 2029

Whereas YU55 is 2005-YU55 discovered in 2005, and near earth is Nov8, 2011

I just checked and on November 8th/9th, the comet will come within 0.0023AU or 213,798 miles. That's also inside the orbit of the moon!
