They are tasked with the constitutional protection of the citizens within their jurisdiction. If you are groped, report it to your local County Sheriff. It's too bad there isn't one with understanding and courage to do right by the rule of law a.k.a. The Republic, not a damn democracy. They don't even realize they're protecting the real criminals because they aren't "trained" to investigate white collar crimes/political corruption.
