you need to watch this part of [link to www.emsc-csem.org] for each quake, you will see WHY they cannot settle at certain figures, depends on which drums report what, how far away they are etc.

Not to detract from what you're saying, but it's fission, not fusion. If we could figure out nuclear fusion, we could have nuclear power without the waste that fission produces.
