As the only state-owned bank in the nation we act as a funding resource in partnership with other financial institutions, economic development groups and guaranty agencies. We have four established business areas: Student Loans, Lending Services, Treasury Services and Banking Services. BND痴 support services and dedicated employees provide you with the best customer service. Lending Services announces Rural Mortgage Loan Program extension and Affordable Housing Program The Rural Mortgage Loan Program will continue with a new commitment of $10 million from Bank of North Dakota. The program allows rural financial institutions that are not FHA approved with the ability to make and sell residential loans in rural North Dakota. The Bank announced the Flex PACE Affordable Housing Program. This pilot program will assist in the financing of affordable multi-family housing units for individuals living in counties affected by oil and gas development. All the profits of its bank goes back to the people, instead of being shoveled into private pockets mostly overseas. North Dakota is not being strangled by the Federal Reserve and Wall Street to the same extent as elsewhere in the USA. While the economy collapses in other States, North Dakota has a sound footing. Why secession when State Banks like this all over the nation would solve many more problems. Nice. "All the profits of its bank goes back to the people, instead of being shoveled into private pockets mostly overseas." I pulled my account from Bank of America to a community credit union. Don't want the fat cat's touching any part of my money, sending it to people who don't even like us over sea. |

All the banks inflate the money supply at the same time, thus the exposure when TSHTF. If this state bank can resist it and the state can move toward a currency backed system within their own state the better. Beware it us still a fiat currency and that only has a limited lifespan... |

I went to school at UND and tuition was $1600 a semester. By the time I graduated it was double that but still not bad. I read somewhere that North Dakotans have $4 Billion saved up. When I lived there, we all left our keys in the cars and almost everybody left them running while making short hops in the winter. White Europeans and Norwegians ROCK....ehh! |

Only 5 big cities, 800,000 population for the whole state, and all you have to do is crank up your plane for a short hop to Minneapolis or Winnepeg. Low or no crime and no eunemployement. If north dakota is too successful, the unemployed hungry liberal hordes will descend like a swarm of locusts destroying everything around them. That has been the pattern everywhere. They invaded CA from the northeast and from Mexico and then from CA they invaded the Pacific Northwest, Colorado and New Mexico. Your bank and your freedoms will then be gone. Yes but beware of tricks they are using worldwide against responsible countries, stealing all the money through the usual false flags. It is not far fetched for the NWO to do the same thing to a responsible State of the United States. But at least begin with a bank first. They give you a paltry 1% if even, return for your money sitting while they take your money and loan it upwards of 5-6% return for themselves. If everybody just became their own bank they would cease to exist. Buy a bolt down large safe and withdraw your money from the bank. Put it into your own safe and then it is there for you to invest as you see fit with 100% of profit going to you instead of banks. In the event of any financial crisis, bank holiday or natural disaster in your area - you will learn how you have zero control over your own money when deposited in banks. That goes for credit unions too. How many people do you really know that are liquid. Always have cash on hand? You know the ones that you ask to borrow cash when you get in a crunch? Well, they are the ones that get it. Everyone else is just waiting to get spanked by their mommy and daddy banks when they close their doors and cut you off from your hard earned money - just remember you willing gave it to them and willingly accepted their less then 1% return while willingly accepting their 5-6% return using your money. How stupid is that? |

Property taxes are still higher than need be. When a state has a surplus that high it means they are taxing the people too much and need to start giving some of it back. It is not a balanced budget. Most here live paycheck to paycheck and we have the most people in the nation per capita with multiple jobs to make ends meet. There is corruption going on at the top levels and I hope someone exposes it someday. |

In the scheme of things the Rothschilds profit almost everywhere, the difference is that the funds in North Dakota go to help that State, whereas at other banks that portion of the money is shipped overseas or plunged into derivatives.
