I always go with what is said instead who said it, also the above post is kind of speculative as it deals with 'future' , hence you will know its true or not maybe after few years but I dont see anything in there which is not happening currently , however if you wish to discuss specifics in the post , I will be happy to participate

As for who is 'outed' or not , I dont get into those squabbles, as for believing him to be all true , read my signature.

Yes, the OP uses the ancient Chinese Luni-Solar Calendar system.

The OP is away in the remote regions of the western fringe of China. He indicated he had to visit certain physical areas aligned with some portals before the winter snow cloaes the access points.

He did indicate his slight disappointment with the lack of " soul urges " to develop and evolve. A third phase of " revision for the finals " are being implemented because the second phase did not achieved the desired results.

He mentioned in some posts a long time ago about the works of a Korean professor Jang Hwee-Yong and a certain American lady Lynn Grabhorn. He couldn't say more because those were supposed to trigger soul urges to investigate and know more, so that " universal knowing connections " could be restored. He indicated because of the forced change of timelines prior to the year of the black water dragon, those two individuals withdrew their life forces for esoteric reasons.

This third phase of " final revisions " are now more attuned to modern " pop, new agey " culture mentality which hopefully will trigger off more " soul yearnings and urgings". Be mindful of what he talked about spoon feeding. The " helpers " can only share so much, otherwise the finals will be deemed null and void.

And we shall call ourselves Human. Or, as the great author Zachariah Sitchin discovered: the Adam. And yet we who are enlightened recognize in ourselves that being human is to not accept being merely the Animal. Unlike the animals, we have our morality, and are thus superior. And yet, we are overtly animals, at least seemingly. Perhaps the penultimate animal. Or a mid-range "supra-animal" with room to evolve further. Or a duality with a spiritual energy essence of angelic coherence that merely enters the body of the human baby at birth and then leaves when the body is spent.

And once we "leave", where do we go? To a place? A new plane. Shangri-la. An inter-dimensional holding tank for souls. In Islam it is called Paradise. In Christianity it is called Heaven. The Jeews call it the Guff. The Eastern religions, I know not. Some groups we wish to know more of say: As above, so below. Where is this great place that is above and who are its masters? Or places.

In the great "miracle" of organic life, there are manipulations of matter and energy that amaze. The simple life forms just divide themselves and are essentially clones. But the more advanced organisms evolve into a male and a female form. There must then be a reunion of matter and energy in order to procreate. And there is a great sense of urgency to do so. Erotic attraction. Erotic joining of the cosmic force of LIFE. Male energy, female energy. And it happens.

With human brains of incredible size, we are self aware, we can create, we build great edifices, we sail the seas, we can write complex symphonies, we subdivide Time, we make art just to look at, and we have language and the great subtleties therein. And, perhaps most importantly, we shed tears, both of joy and of grief. And we understand that we ourselves, are sentient beings. Of this world, and yet not of this world.

And as humans, we can even imagine a better life. With our imagination we can think about anything we choose. There is no limit other than the framework of our perceptions and the creative re-organization of ideas. That is how innovations and inventions occur. I would say, never be misled into minimizing the enormity of that capability. Behind the reflections of the 3D spectrum of light that we can "see" with our physical eyes, is a complex hidden universe of electromagnetic and quantum energy that we have only just begun to understand. We have radio. We have television. We have satellite transmissions. Can you "see" that energy. No. We can manipulate it, but we cannot "see" it. Not fully understanding its original source and make-up, we still have harnessed it to our purposes. And there is so much, much more. Humans are always tantalized by what we can discover. We are great testers of reality, because innately we want to know...more. And ironically at this point in our collective progress, the more we learn, the more we further learn that what there IS that is "out there" to know is vaster than we thought. It strains the part of our brain that we use. The part of our brain that we do not use, the part "forbidden" for us to use, also awaits us. The key to unlocking "the rest of us", the part we "can't handle", is where? And the key will be turned by whom? What will we be capable of when the key is finally turned? Are we ready even.

Those things that for so long seemed impossible and defied reason, we must admit, may actually be possible, now, fully capable of being proven real. We have seen great changes and a rapid pace of change. Not so long ago by epochal measurements, great cities once awash in the light of gas lamps lit by hand are now aglow in a myriad of electrical lights. Horses and buggies have given way to cars and lorries. Hot air balloons have given way to supersonic jets. Phone operators once plugged in calls by hand when lights lit up; now everyone in the world has a cell phone. A computer we created now wins at chess. The complex human genome, long thought by geneticists to require 20+ years to map, was fully mapped in 1999. We can now make a cube of gold disappear in the lab, and watch it return..weighing less than it did at the start. We have crossed the quantum divide. And all of this has progressed into 30 more years of scientific gains to which we are not privy. National security secrets, you know.

But what precisely can become real? Of course, we do not know it yet. You can never be too sure about what it is you are going to later learn. Can the huge strides of Science and Invention lead us to a better place? We certainly gravitate to the New. And some do fear it. But despite all the gains of the past 150 years, there is one area where we lag, where we lack the creative spark. It is called Government. Where are the advancements in that? Where is the creative spark in that realm. Where is the progress we need. If you study History in earnest you will quickly find yourself studying warfare and treaties, as well as science and economics, as they are all inter-related. You will also learn about the MALE force. Being male, I understand it thoroughly.

Behind all history there has been a dominant stance that is wrapped up in the perception that this MALE force is necessary for the correct leadership and management of the planet. Have there been queens and empresses? Yes. But they are relatively few percentage wise and they form an adherence usually to a genetic line of inheritance that supersedes the preference of history. A MALE preference.

At the most simplistic level, if you study anthropology, men work, kill game and protect. Women keep the hearth, make babies and make men happy. Both have a balanced power base within the tribal culture. Both recognize the value and importance of the other. However, within this atavistic model, if there is societal equilibrium, why then do men tend to emerge as the leaders and representatives of the group. We understand that it is because the man's role as hunter/protector evolves into the role of warrior.

In a primitive setting, there is the perception that control of a hunting ground, a bounded area of land, is necessary for survival. Because of this simple logic, the control of the land translates to the role of the tribal protectors expanding to that of the warrior. A subtle shift of terms. In the tribal dynamic, the male that hunts and protects the best is desired more by the females, and thus the same applies to the warrior. Warfare can of course become the path to wealth and supremacy, at least for a while. Again, at the atavistic level, in the fundamental struggle for survival, the male seeks the favor of women by elevating his position as hunter/protector. If a desire for land and hence wealth prevails, this extends to man's role as warrior. Except the tribe needs a protector more than a warrior. Further, in a governmental sense, within the tribe's group of hunters and warriors, there must emerge a leader. Usually the strongest and most intelligent hunter, provider, warrior is elected. This powerful election can have huge implications for tribal survival. If the MALE force exerts itself, warfare becomes a proxy for getting what you want by seizing it. That is, not only securing your hunting ground, but moving beyond old boundaries and taking your neighbor's hunting ground.

Interestingly, however, the tribe eventually learns that constant warfare is saddening especially among the FEMALE force and ultimately counter-productive. The MALE force must confront grief, widowhood, orphanry and wastefulness. The FEMALE force realizes that because the male essence is so impetuous and forceful, it lacks a sense of wisdom. If all the males are killed in warfare, who will hunt and protect? It is one of the earliest human conundrums. And thus, the tribe elects as leader, not the strongest and most warlike warrior, rather it rewards with leadership the previously successful warrior who has grown older and wiser. This leader lobbies for peace, enhances productivity and uses warfare sparingly, strategically. The females lend the older, wiser warrior, their support, which is overarching. The youthful MALE force is thus made to yield for a time to wisdom, to a higher need for relative peace. The women and children are safe. Food is plentiful. Life renews itself. All is good.

But then a new MALE force emerges that urges more warfare, the taking of the other tribe's lands. It is more exciting to take and steal than to build up slowly. The MALE force craves excitement above all. The older wiser leader is dismissed. The destruction of the ENEMY. becomes the new mantra and battle-cry. The rewards od successful warfare are instantaneous. They now have greater territory, they experience the utter joy of making slaves of the defeated and forcing them to do the routine manual work, they possess now a new class of women used as sex slaves and not given the status of wives, and they revel in their newfound wealth. The MALE force is re-asserted and dominates. Those who object are banished from the tribe. The FEMALE force is overridden and diminished. A new term called WARFARE and the study thereof prevails. Hordes of men on horses with new and better weapons go from village to village, city to city, reveling in their power to conquer. Drunk with their success they rape and pillage ad infinitum until they are sated. Losing a few men each time they battle, they grow fewer by degrees and lose their core of power. Gradually, the MALE energy of their once cohesive group is adulterated by slipshod recruits and fades and even the heartiest warrior grows weary and longs for home. He misses the old days, the grace and beauty of the FEMALE force, the pleasures of peace and a happy hearth, the laughter of children at play. And he remembers in anguish how he pushed it all aside. The best things of life they realize accrue back to wise governance and the FEMALE force that they now crave to re-discover. The peaceful concepts of home, of family, of woman, and their children crowd their thoughts. They want now to settle down. They want the benefits of Wisdom.

The interplay of history then is the interplay of MALE energy and FEMALE energy and something strange, called Wisdom.

In the 1960s world peace was a worthy dream of mankind. We bravely called for it. Marched for it. And then over time, as we of that era aged, it became a concept tinged with sarcasm. Another idealistic fantasy. Over time, we felt the defeatism burrow like a small animal deep inside us, and our idealism degraded into small bits, overcome by the demands of modern survival in the concrete jungle. The path to ascension derives from your realization that belief supersedes the existing pattern...what we call reality. Because we have a brain that is hot-wired to epochs of evolutionary survival, mating and hunger resolution, we use it like an animal does. We want to trust the facts and only the facts. We are taught to believe only what we can and prove, what we can plan and make work. On and on and on. Yada yada yada. And it is all bunk. Okay, useful bunk, but still bunk. Sure we learn to be grounded. We repeat the mantra: talk is cheap. But if this were all true, we would all still be living in caves. There would be no revelatory thing called human progress. Because everything out there that you think of as modern, that cool device, your daily travel machine, that high-efficiency mechanical factory innovation, all of it...was brought to us by reasonable, rational, scientific people...who started out with a non-fact, that is to day: an idea. The idea was not a fact at some point. Nor was it part of reality.

The truth is: we are going to change. The past proves it. Using the classic "I Ching" tossing to create a revelatory hexagram manifests energetic bonding of the caster with quantum shifts. These shifts attach to a time line of change. Prophesy can result. The esoteric prophet does this in his own mind without casting. Which is another way of saying: if you merely start thinking about something, you have already changed the world in a tiny way. That tiny charge can attract another charge and so on. Ad infinitum. Before you know it, there are taxis to the moon and back. For an appropriate fee of course. Change is the true nature OF the universe. When the bible says: there is nothing new under the sun, it means that there have been other civilizations on this planet that have come and gone. We are fast approaching an era when we can design our mode of semi-permanent escape from an unforgiving planet that will be coated 100% in ice at some point. This in fact has already happened before. So, if this is true, where did our ancestors go. If these things I speak of seem strange to you, you are not trying.

Have you ever received a call from a long lost friend. The reality is obscured by the memories. The world we have now is not the world of 1968. As complex as it was, it is all the more complex now. Through it all, as we have lived and learned and striven to be better people, we have learned to appreciate Wisdom. We understand its spiritual roots. It guides us in a world where it is actually elusive, seemingly perverted and even rendered null in certain countries and peoples. We decry those who lack it. And we who are enlightened, because we value it so much, seek it almost desperately in our fellow citizens and especially our leaders. We are surprised and grateful when finding it. For Wisdom actual stems from the spiritual realm. Yes, you gain it over time quite naturally, but it is most valuable when it is learned early in life. When it is taught. When it becomes part of the national paradigm, the culture. When it emanates from your very being. Then you have its benefits all the longer. And more pervasively.

Lose the Wisdom though and you devolve ultimately back to warfare and constant internecine struggle. Is there really any point making treaties no one intends to keep. Was the Treaty of Vienna of 1815 honored? Was the promise of the League of Nations capable of adherence in 1919? Some alive and reading this saw the cataclysm of a global war morph the failed League into the United Nations in 1945. A treaty is only as good as the Wisdom it upholds. So, what kind of world will our leaders settle for. Who ARE our leaders? And are we helpless in the process? If we turn and fight the wolves, it is more of the same, and it soon becomes the end. But if we crystallize our heretofore unseen wings into being, the Wisdom of the Ages will see us soar over the chasm and help us make a planet that abandons warfare as a concept, that recognizes the mutuality of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine, that sponsors and upholds the rights and dignity of women and children in all countries, that abandons counterproductive atavism, that eliminates petty and wasteful internecine civil wars and factionalism from our global palette, that eliminates criminal arms production and sales, that eliminates slavery and torture, that sponsors a great spiritual awakening in all the Earth, and unlocks the inherent Wisdom in the soon to be realized jubilee. A Golden Age awaits us, but only if we and the leaders we support embrace it.

Some might say that you must have Wisdom to inspire the Divine Masculine, just as it is needed to inspire the Divine Feminine. To say anything is Divine you are implying that there is an exogenous source. Is there a better part of this vast universe than Earth. Yes or no. Careful what you believe in. We have of course learned to fear the unbridled energy of modern mass destruction and apocalyptic warfare. And yet, the need for security requires each nation to maintain its military strength and plan for any FUTURE warfare. No one, and I mean no one, wants to be enslaved. An uneasy equilibrium, easily tipped off balance, is what we have. Is that what we want... more of the same. Time to grow wings. Moving past the danger zone, we will have new treaties, new inspiration and newly won peace on earth. With peace all is possible. With peace we will try once again to attach ourselves more firmly to Wisdom, though now I will call it Divine Wisdom. The GCR is part of a larger movement in the proper direction. It is a more profound version of the biblical concept of jubilee. It is growing wings on demand. The word "jubilee" for those few who do not know comes from the Old Testament part of the bible: chapter and verse. There is inherent wisdom in that word. Even the ancients knew it. They lived by it, for it was just, and within the context of their laws and customs it was fair. In a world that accepted physical slavery for whatever harsh cause applied, a world view we now find abhorrent, it served a valuable and practical purpose of ending it. And yet we unconsciously were led to abandon the jubilee concept and woke up to a world that had substituted debt slavery, international bullying and subterfuge in its place.

In our world today, a world tittering on the brink of economic collapse, it has become imperative that a false economic model be abandoned and its legacy of debt slavery be made to end. Should Wisdom prevail, we will soon see how a new jubilee, in a modern economic and social context, can transform the human experience. It represented wisdom then, and it represents it now. The Great Awakening lies before us.
