A group of Muslims urinated on and destroyed a statue of the Virgin Mary, the Holy Mother.

This is very near and dear to my heart, because when my baby died I asked the Lord and the Virgin Mary to please cradle him in their arms and do what I could not. The Virgin Mary is very sacred to me. I have a special statue of her in my home.

Imagine if this happened in a mosque?

A man was kneeling in prayer before the statue of the Virgin Mary with a photograph of a beloved in hand in the small chapel of St. Barnabas in Perugia, Italy, when he was attacked by five Muslims.

First they tore the photograph from his hands. Next, they unleased their hatred against the image of the Virgin. They broke the statue to pieces and then urinated on it.

I wonder if the Pope would preach tolerance in this unspeakable act of terror, since he has been doing so much of that lately.

If this had happened in a mosque, the Muslims would probably riot.
