Dogs were bread by people for their traits.
So yes, they are designed for their task....by man.

And the cute factor is nature's way of making sure someone takes care of a little one, no matter what species of mammal they are. All baby mammals are cute.

It is quite easy to answer, but we live in different worlds so you won't agree with my answer anyhow.
Nature is the result of evolution.

I'm not 100% sure about it's origin and am even willing to entertain the idea that the universe somehow was artificially started.
I however don't believe there is anyone out there controlling every single detail and designing it piece by piece. I rather think evolution was started at the conception of the universe and everything that followed, including mankind, is the result of chance and natural selection.
Kent Hovind was mentioned earlier in this thread. I have watched almost everything he has produced. He didn't convince me as I could not blind myself to facts that thoroughly.

And so totally cute, with vey winning ways.
Very smart and somewhat headstrong.

Mine tanked her way into the chiccken pen,
And now spends a little time everday herding the girls,
placing them exactly where she wants them.
its hilariius tge way she scolds them,
but shes actually very good at it.

Don't even bother - it is an AmeriChrist-tard - the dumbest of the dumb... she believes that a pair of these little guys had their own place on "Noah's Ark" with a little plaque above that said "Welsh Corgi".
