Remember if you build a cage above ground, do the floor also.

Keep in mind the cage will act like a oven, if people bring in Cell Phones or WiFi Devices, they will go Into HIGH POWER mode trying to reach a Cell Tower or Router to Connect.

That is why, this place should have no such devices brought into it, it will just TRAP the Radiation and reflect it back and forth "cooking" those inside.

Very smart business move.

i had a friend who built a whole room that way in the early 2000's.. it was the trip room .

I love this idea. We only have one restaurant around here that serves organic food on the menu, and I wish we had more that did. Organic just tastes better, and this would also be a great way to help support the local organic growers in your area. I bet you might even be able to co-op with these growers to help invest in your restaurant to get it off the ground, and what a great way to get your community involved and the word out. I also like your idea of low-volume music choices. I am so tired of walking into a restaurant and having to basically yell over the music to hold a conversation with the person sitting across from me - it's ridiculous how loud they play the music. I also don't like to listen to crappy 80s-current pop songs while I'm dining, so I do like your idea of playing classical, big band, jazz, etc. I seriously think it's a great idea for a restaurant, OP.

great ideas! as we're in the minority of thinkers, I doubt it's get enough understanding and appreciation to have true success.

but, props for all your links to threads about the damage we are receiving from cell phones and wi-fi, that info is important and most don't care to educate themselves on it
