cosmicgypsy User ID: 74619032 United States 12/15/2017 01:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What's the most important thing that comes to your mind to tell me at this point in my life? Quoting: cosmicgypsy Health. Okay, in what way? I was projectile vomiting yesterday from the flu. Still feel a little under the weather with it. Also, I had a complete physical done about two months ago, and everything came back good...BP's a LITTLE high and so is cholesterol, but nothing alarming. I'm working on eating more vegies and cutting out sugar. Stop wasting your time on internet. Go hiking in mountains. You need get strong. Yeah, I look at the mountains right outside my back door and think about hiking them. I used to hike, kayak, and walk a lot. I have had many problems with my lower back in the past, but have gotten that straightened out as best as I can. And, yes, I do think I could be stronger. I'm going to see about doing just that, but work up to it slowly so as not to injure my back again. Thank you.... You never change things by fighting the existing reality. That would be the least strainful for my back, hips, knees, and feet. I have osteoarthritis in those places, and it hurts worse in the winter when it's colder like now. Three mildly bulging discs and spinal stenosis there in my lumbar, too. I take supplements for the arthritis inflammation, and that helps a lot. I do appreciate your word-up about getting stronger...heh, I'm pushing 60 now and I don't want to be a frail little old lady. Thanks again.... I've been sedentary for too long - not flat on my back, though, I do work (driving) - and I need to get moving more. I had 24 injections in my spine in the last 1.5 years and my bone specialist and I have decided I and he have done as much as can be done as far as he is concerned. I haven't seen him for nearly a half year now. Thank god for the supplements I take. Getting myself physically stronger is now on my go-to list, for sure.
