God Jesus does bring much of the evil to the world but he is NOT Satan. Until he gives discernment it is hard to comprehend. He only gave me discernment about this about a week ago and I cried repenting of all the times I spoke against him in my ignorance and leaning on my own understanding.

I have planned to make a thread that will bring everyone into this understanding that Jesus himself parted to me and it will help everyone make sense of this very touchy, sensitive subject matter. He is NOT Satan.

Until I explain what he showed me, because he broke it down, I know fellow Christians will be against me for the first sentence I wrote. Just be patient I will write the thread and pin it.

I believe, and don't take my word for it, that we have free will to do as we please. Probably God is asking, why aren't we doing something? We have this great gift of life and it's up to us to do with it as we see fit. All the ingredients are there for both evil and good and it's up to us how we "mix" them. Just my 2 cents.

I understand what you mean and I share often your point of view but He is not the one messing up his creation. We are.

He doesn't do anything because this world is a TEST. A proving ground. It ain't supposed to be paradise. We are mostly on our own here.

God wants to see our 'true colors' and see which people actually want Him to exist and want to love Him, and which people only care about pleasure, money, sex, power, objects, etc. The only way to do this is to make it look like there is no God watching us, so people behave as they normally would.

If God's existence was obvious, everyone would pretend to love Him and pretend to be good, even if they really weren't, just because they would want to be rewarded. People would be fake. In this world, you see who people really are.

If you go to Heaven, it will be so beautiful that you won't care about the suffering you endured on Earth. You will barely remember it.

I'm not accusing him of messing anything up. The point of the thread is to get those people who agree with the thread title to look with a different perspective. Maybe instead of sitting on million$ and browsing GLP such a one could maybe buy a poor lad or lass a meal or cheer up a poor sucker with an ice cream bar. Gosh, there's so much one can do to make a positive impact and feel optimistic and get their whiny lazy unproductive thoughts away from finding reasons to complain and blame the Creator for problems.

Can you imagine people blaming the inventor of the gun for murders?! Strange, right?! God does a lot more than you know... You have not been given that discernment to see it but it's true, he is very active with everyone. He's not just watching a physics simulator play out.

Yeah, there are a lot of fakes among believers, too, it's part of the corruption of their heart that they think they can fool God and play him like a fiddle. But that intent to lie, and to deceive, and any and all corruptions can be destroyed from the heart completely from just about anyone beginning with these 2 traits, 1) believes it's possible with God, 2) is willing to try.

Sure, Jesus testified the works of the world were evil, but maybe the bride could prepare herself and a planet ready to receive her King and Lord?

A better gospel of the one true gospel of Jesus needs to be preached. The world is in chaos and the restrainer appears it could be removed in this or the next generation.

Are we preparing for a warm welcome, or the Day of the Lord. Most Christians get angry when they realise we go through the Great Tribulation and after the 42 months the first resurrection happens and the so called Rapture at the Second Coming of Christ at the 7TH TRUMPET BLAST.

Be ye ready in season and out of. You already have His Holiness written on you if you believe and have faith.

We must be prepared spiritually to ready our duties to allow a warm welcome to the Messiah, and we must ready that we must be prepared spiritually to endure the Great Tribulation.

I know God does a lot for us, and that He loves us immensely. I love Him very much too.

I was stoned when I posted that, and I didn't mean to say that "He doesn't do anything". What I meant was that God doesn't answer most prayers, and He rarely intervenes in people's lives in a direct and obvious way, because it is His intention for us to persevere through life ourselves(with His help of course).

God wants to test people's faith and other things, and in order to do that, He has to make it appear like there is no concrete proof of His existence. Which there isn't. I only know God through my Heart and Soul, which science can't even measure. But it's all the 'proof' I need.

Edit: I actually have been given the discernment to see, but unfortunately my corrupted heart causes me to ignore that discernment sometimes... My heart is very stubborn :(

God is personally involved in the entire process of His purpose and plan.

Most of the people calling themselves Christians are at a pretty high level of practicing deism.

A deist is one who believes in a personal God who created all things, set natural laws in motion making mankind subject to them, and then essentially paying no attention to what is going on.

In other words, He is not really guiding and directing things within His creation.

God is on the job, and God is on the ball! He has been following the same approach and plan since the very beginning.

He does not change, only man changes his mind about God and the purpose that He is working out.

We are seeing how God is separating certain ones to carry out certain responsibilities within what He is working out. Noah and his family were being separated.

The holiness of God as experienced by some who have been in His presence is described in the Bible as a sheer powerful force when manifested.

Earthquakes, thunder, lightning, trumpet blasts, dense cloud, and deep darkness accompanied exposure to it.

The presence of a mere man is nothing.

The difference between God and man is so great it truly becomes apparent.

Being in the presence of God is a shattering, humbling, fearful experience.

Even the times when God, for His purposes, muted the intensity of His appearance, the fact remains that He is so far above the purity of man in His being, His purpose for them would not be advanced if they were overwhelmed.

Abraham is a great example of how this difference is bridged. First, God called him. Following his calling Abram lived by faith and maintained a very close relationship with God. We all know that because we know the story of Abraham pretty well. How did he maintain this very close relationship with God? By being blameless! This is important to us.

The term blameless is closest in meaning to the English term integrity. Integrity means complete, whole, sound, a state reached in humanity through God living in the person and the person achieving a small amount by being faithful. Integrity expresses God's command to be holy. He could have said, “Walk before Me and be holy.” Instead He explained the practical aspects of becoming holy. It is to be blameless.

God did that so that we would understand. It is not complex, but it is difficult. It requires a great deal of dedication to remain blameless, because we sin so easily. Being blameless is a tremendously high calling, but Abraham did it.

If God enabled Abraham to do it He can do the same thing in us.

This does not mean that Abraham was perfect in obedience all of the time, but nonetheless in an overall sense, because of the connection between God and Abraham, Abraham indeed lived a blameless life. He is one of the most faithful men that has ever lived on the earth. He is a great example! He is the father of the faithful, so being blameless requires one to be faithful. By faith Abraham was consistent in his humble obedience.

1 Peter 1:13-16: Therefore gird up the loins of your mind [set your will, study, be prepared, understand], be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct. Because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

The grace—gift—empowered Noah to accomplish what God intended, that is to live righteously and then build the Ark when the time for that arrives.

Noah's faithfulness had to some level be proved. It was by the way he lived

Considering the time that he lived in and the size and scope of the building project, the task given to him was huge—so huge one hundred and twenty years was consumed in the building of it.

How long was he faithful even before he began?

God knew when He gave him the grace that he was already a faithful man.

Noah was set apart long before this episode occurred here in Genesis 6.

He proved his faithfulness and then God gave him the grace to be able to do the job of building the Ark.

During that period of time his righteous living witnessed the separation to the world, making him separate, different, from others who have not received the same gift.

The difference was thus revealed by his humble obedience, just like Abraham

There is a pattern that is being set. God gifts us and we submit to Him.

Sometimes that is not easy to do, but that is taking advantage of the gift that He gives to us.

The root of the term sanctified in Greek is transliterated into English as ‘hag.’

It is very interesting because the root of that word which is translated into holy, or holiness, means pure.

It means clean, regardless of whether it is used to indicate ceremonially set apart, or morally, in terms of purity.

Thus the sense of cleanliness lies at the root of what we term holiness.

Exodus 19:9-10: And the Lord said to Moses, “Behold I come to you in the thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and believe you forever.” So Moses told the words of the people to the Lord Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes. [Notice the instructions for the meeting that the people were going to have with God.]

This is the source of the cliché “cleanliness is next to godliness.”

In order to meet with God we have to be clean.

That came directly from God, make them wash their clothes.

It is inferred that they also are to wash themselves, that is taken for granted.

Washing their clothes was a much bigger job.

They were out in a place where you normally think there is no water, but they had to wash their clothes.

Whenever Moses met with God at the burning bush he had to take off his shoes because his shoes were dirty.

Grace is a gift.

That is what the word essentially means. It is a sanctifying empowerment, because with the grace also comes gifts that He gives so that we can accomplish what it is that He wants us to accomplish.

‘Hag’ is the result of the grace given.

It is brought on partly by merely receiving it, but even more so by the righteous use of the gifting.

That is what Abraham did, that is what Noah did.

They responded in the right way with the gift that was given to them, thus the person receiving the gift becomes set apart and empowered for God's purposes at one and the same time.

Please don't get me wrong, people, I am NOT suggesting we fix the world, or make things right, or turn the world into paradise, even Jesus said he didn't come to do that (since he's going to destroy it). I am NOT trying to promote false hope of fixing world problems. I am simply saying that we all can do something out of love that will be good for others and ourselves. That's it. It doesn't have to impact the future of the world.

It's all good, he has better ears than you anyway.
