I doubt it, if it was a light it wouldn't disappear as the plane passed by.

The light would have stayed in the shot, and if it would have been turned off it would have disappeared instantly

looks like portuguese, I think the more accute frenzy voice says "olha isso" ("look this") some 3 times but also looks like the audio is edited, would need to process the audio to filter the background noise of the plane to be more sure
