Yes. I just remembered all I knew about the riots was from the television at the time.

This is different because we have just in time deliveries. The chaos could be in that kind of way.

Rubbish maybe, but consider this, 52% of hardened anti European voted for Brit exit, I being one of those 52%. 48% of voters wanted to remain.

So here's my view, what about the 28% who did not vote, in my opinion, part of this 28% did not bother to vote because they thought that the leave support was not there, so why vote.

All the leave supporters voted, but I would wager that a fair percentage of that 28% would have voted to stay if they has realised the end result was to leave.


With only a 4% difference in leave or stay, those 13 million voters who didn't vote in the first vote could possibly vote remain in a second vote.

I am not saying you're wrong, but don't forget, the first vote was only won by a million votes or so, those undecided 13 million voters could well turn the result around in a second vote.

I think that was right that a lot didn't think leave would win. Maybe there should always be a second vote.

Too late now though because May has signed Article 50. EU wants their pound of flesh to be let back in.

Like when you have to confirm a password. Double verifies.

There always used to be a higher threshhold for big changes because of the people who don't vote.

Cameron gave a 50 50 referendum to please his backbenchers. They threatened not to pass his first budget if he didn't hold a 50 50 referendum.

And it was only 28% of remain voters who want a second vote....That means alot of remain voters will lose the desire to vote again...I don't see leave voters losing that desire.

The thing about Brexit is that nobody knows what will happen until it actually happens.

Doubt that very much. This is probably the most important vote anyone will ever make. The desire is very much there especially as how complacency lost the vote in the first place.

You may well be right, but that's a lot of voters who could vote remain. Remember one thing my friend, Brits in general don't like change or anything which threatens their family bubble. I just wonder if a majority of those non voters will vote to remain, just to keep the staus quo...Just a thought.
