Colorado baker, Jack Phillips, sued again for not baking a cake for transgender

This particular "trans-gender" victim has spent years harassing Jack Phillips and calling him every vile name you can imagine. Phillips won his Supreme court case, but the state of Commierado and the radical activists just wont leave him alone. They have no chance of winning the case, but keep attacking him just because they don't like his religious beliefs. Phillips sued for harassment and damages, but settled with the state. He should never have settled. He should sue for every penny this has cost, plus millions for mental anguish. They have tried to destroy this man for nine straight years. It's time to make them pay!

At the time the order was made, he identified as a welder, not a baker.

He can sue again. That settlement was for a previous lawsuit. This is an entirely separate incident and issue.

If people don't want to bake a fucking cake for a specific person or group, LET THEM....just go to ANOTHER bakery!

When I found out transgenders were raising their kids trans and were pushing transitions onto their kids at a young age I was done with their bullshit. It's a mental illness and that's that. We don't humor schizophrenics when they say, "there's an invisible monkey only I can see hanging in the corner wearing a sombrero smoking a blunt". No, we say, "you need some fucking help buddy, go see a psychiatrist".

Authoritarian governments can compel work, but they can't compel quality. Especially in more of an artisan trade like baking or photography.

If an artisan supplier cannot guarantee quality because they are not inspired by the customer, then they should not be compelled to provide the service. If they are compelled, there should be no expectation of quality or timeliness.

That's been the downfall of all marxist governments - you can't fix scarcity of skilled labor with authority. When skill becomes a liability, skilled suppliers disappear.

He just needs to make sure, either:

1. He uses 1/3 or the normal amount of sugar. Maybe 1/4. It will NOT be a tasty cake.

2. He needs to misspell one of the names.

Even if he makes a fantastic cake for the wedding, they're forcing him to, and will still rip him, saying the cake sucked, anyway. He might as well live down to the rating he'll get from them. Those folks won't order from him again.

It's crazy, but I don't think "gender transition" is prohibited in the Bible. It's so bizarre it's not even imagined in the Bible.

Which could cause an issue if he tries to say he's religiously against baking such a cake. What religion prohibits it?
