I made Mozzarella cheese today!

It goes funky (stringy and flavorless) real quick!

If you can stand to let some sit a few days in the fridge, try it, then try some in another few days... Gick!

I got about 12oz of fresh Mozzarella and about 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese out of 1 Gallon of milk.

I had some with a salad and made a baked ziti with the ricotta and the fresh mutz.

cool stuff. real fun and easy to make.
